I would buy this product again. It arrived sooner than promised. The packaging/shipping was excellent. The instructions were included (not always the case with other products I've ordered). The tools and hardware were included and packaged into neat, easily identifiable packs. I assembled the chairs and the table by myself without any problem. The chairs are a lot larger than I imagined, and they rock smoothly! The table is beautiful and better than I expected. The cushions are also very pretty, and the bottom cushions can be unzipped and washed. the product was priced well (which was a major factor in choosing this set), but the shipping was nearly $40 (not covered by Prime membership). Now that I have received it, and it was so wonderfully packaged and shipped, the cost for shipping was worth it! I have put a lot of things together, from bookcases to beds and desks. This was one of the more complicated builds but the directions were clear and I did get through it. Like most other builds, when I used my power screwdriver it went a lot quicker. But if you don't have a power screwdriver the tools supplied work just fine. Once together the furniture is as comfortable as any on the market, color blends with most backgrounds, and seems impervious to the elements. I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 only because I just put it together today so I can’t accurately say how long this set will last. But I wanted to give it 5 stars based on everything else. Instructions were mostly easy to understand and follow, and putting it together was pretty simple. I was able to do it on my own with no help. Everything needed is provided. I sat in both chairs once finished and they felt comfy, sturdy, they rocked well, and were just overall adorable. I tested a similar set in the At Home store that was 200 dollars and felt no difference between the two except this one was more than half the price. ... show more

We got one extremely faulty part for the chair (how do they miss this stuff?) which the seller promptly addressed (on christmas day!) with a full new set. Once assembled everything looks good and is fit for purpose. These are low cost, Ikea level products. Instructions are good (shakespeare compared to Ikea). Several thread holes are obstructed so be prepared to use force to get some of the bolts in. When it was stiff in the first half turn it was my fault for not placing the screw straight. Blocked after a couple of turns, it's poor quality control on their end. With electric driver the screws eventually go in all the way without stripping anything. ... show more
