This product is easy to use and easy to set up. The water inlet valve hose just didn’t work for the RV but I had a bucket I used and it did the trick. Three loads in and this is my summary. It won’t get your clothes 100% dry but it gets really close. My first two loads I only filled halfway since the spinner isn’t that large that you use to dry. This is more hands on then what they lead you to believe but it’s still better than an expensive laundromat and my clothes are actually cleaner! This last load I did three pairs of jeans and it was just over halfway water wise. The previous reviews regarding instructions leaving something to be desired is accurate but it gives you enough of a heads up that you can function with it and learn on the fly. Essentially you add water about half way up the water wash side add your detergent then pretreat and drop your clothes in and run the wash cycle. Then drain. Then add water in and run the wash cycle minus any detergent to rinse. Drain again. Then you wring out items to place in spinner as the drainer is going on the wash side. The spinner is amazing and has a little cap to push the clothes down to keep it level as it is spinning. Overall I’m super pleased with my purchase! It’s a little more work than a laundromat but it’s less hassle considering it’s at home and in the long run a great deal cheaper. This unit makes some noise but it’s genuinely more quiet than I thought it would be, think more like a slight white noise sound. I recommend this to anyone needing something at home in a small place. ... show more

    • Not Worth What I Paid and Quite Misleading Pictures

The size is great for our small apartment given there’s no laundry room or hookups in our complex and the closest laundromat is just over a mile away and I don’t have a car at the moment. However the pictures were VERY misleading. I am lucky I can wash a couple items at a time in the washer so I don’t have to do SEVERAL rinse cycles to get them actually clean. And the “dryer” is not a dryer at all but a spin cycle. The clothes still come out damp (also you can fit 2 maybe 3 shirts or pairs of pants at a time in there depending on the size of said items) which I have to hang dry for several hours after spinning. The drainage hose had a small hole in it upon arrival but we made due with the leak. But we did have a shock the first time using it to see it didn’t fully drain so when I unattached the hose from the sink to put it away I ended up with about 2 quarts of water on my kitchen floor. The power cord is also quite short so it made placement quite difficult in our apartment. The spin tub is also quite finicky with how few/many clothes are placed in it and how or it makes a terrible amount of noise when trying to run it. Overall I went with what we could afford at the time and our desperate need to be able to do laundry but I honestly wish I’d never bought this machine. It’s been barely 2 months (using it about once a week if that) and already it has stopped working. Trying to contact both Amazon and the manufacturer in trying to get it fixed/replaced/ or refunded has been an absolute nightmare. In my opinion do not do it. I’d go with a different brand if you can or something maybe a little pricier if you can afford it. ... show more

This machine is AWESOME!! I put 2 pairs of pants and one pair of underwear in the washing side with detergent, plugged it up, set the timer, and cracked the lid a bit to watch the magic. The machine washed my clothes very well. I didn't bother using the inlet hose because it won't fit my faucet so I used a 5 gallon bucket to get the water into the washer. That did very well. I transfered the washed clothes to the spin basket, 2 pairs of pants and a pair of panties went in. There is a white plastic thingie I thought was supposed to go on top of the clothes in the spin basket so I put it on, closed the white lid then the main lid and set the timer. Boy did that machine NOT like that!! It beat and banged and bumped worse that a child playing a drumset for the first time! I stopped it and took the white plastic thingie out and the machine purred like a tiger after that. My understanding of the instructions had me put the clothes back into the washing tub for rinsing, then it was back into the spinner for a final spin. When I took the clothes out of the spinner I had 2 pairs of pants. No underwear! I have looked around the machine, in both tubs, in the drain hose, in the bathtub where I drained the water, in the legs of both pairs of pants, and I even took a flashlight to the holes in the drain basket. No panties! Amazon customer service couldn't offer any other suggestions on where to look for the panties, and I don't want to take the machine apart to find them because right now they do not seem to be causing a problem with the operating of the machine. I love the machine! ....I just won't put any more panties in there unless I put a few of them in a wash bag. I certainly will not put my socks in this machine outside of a wash bag either! I just wish the top was clear so I could watch my clothes being washed. It is see-through but it's a dark gray that isn't easy to see the clothes through. I still love this machine and will use it more tomorrow. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I live in a little apartment and have no washer/dryer hookup and I was looking for an alternative. And I found it! Its amazing! Highly recommend this machine! SIDE NOTE: You MUST have the machine higher up so when it drains is does it completely. I made the mistake of keeping it on the floor and the spinner stopped working, until I elevated it with a little table. ... show more
