    • Bring a can of Fix-A-Flat when you ride.
this is a great bike for the money. we ordered on December 18th paying $559 US dollars and it arrived a little bit after Christmas. we bought two identical white bicycles. the first one took me about 2 hours to put together using the online video; the second one took about 45 minutes. first off the packaging was very good even though the box was banged up quite a bit. none of the interior items were damaged or scratched. we pulled everything out and we had all parts necessary for both bikes however putting the rear luggage rack on was pretty difficult since it was welded incorrectly and two of the screw holes would not line up, they were about a half inch out of adjustment. upon getting the front wheels in we noticed that both front wheels rubbed slightly against the disc brakes. we had to readjust, that should really not happen. everything else was pretty much straightforward and I would suggest riding with a can of fix a flat with you. my wife laughed about my taking it in the saddle bag that we put on the back until I had a flat on the front tire about a week after using it. it was from a small sticker Burr if you can believe that. a slow leak when I got home and the next morning my tire was flat. this can happen to you 7 or 10 miles out, fix a flat.. keep that in mind. after assembly the bike itself seemed to work quite well. everything functioned as it should and there was more power in the low selection then I would have thought. going up a 70 ft bridge that transverses the intracoastal waterway here in Florida, I only needed medium on the engine speed and actually low might have done the trick as well. after about a week or two of owning the bike, I have never had it in the high position. I'm glad I bought the 500 watt motor and not the 350. we plan on using the bikes on the boat we will be purchasing this summer and this will be getting us around town in foreign ports as well as over to grocery stores for provisions. these bikes will be our main transportation and they appear to be sturdy enough and put together well enough that we can rely on them. seat tensioning was an issue until I got out my socket wrenches and really torque that baby down. no problems yet with the battery or anything else. disc brakes work great. we have gone over 15 miles on One battery charge using both full-time electric motor punctuated with pedal assist. I recently ordered two of the Vivi C26 bikes and they arrived pretty quick. One box was okay, but the other one was really beat up and since I wasn’t home when FedEx delivered the boxes I just hoped that bike would be okay. I assembled one bike and and it was easy to put together, but when I opened the damaged box I first noticed the keys were missing so I figured they must be somewhere in the box so I continued to assemble the bike. Once assembled I noticed the petals would strike the pavement so after further review I could see that the frame was bent badly to the point that the bike could not be ridden. I immediately contacted the Seller’s Customer Support Department and provided a detail explanation along with photos of the shipping problem and the bike’s condition. Without hesitation they told me not to worry as they were shipping a replacement bike and it arrived in less than a week which was great. I am very happy with both the bikes and their Customer Support Team and I would recommend these bikes without hesitation. ... show more

Bike arrived, assembly was not terribly difficult but not easy. Rear fender arrived broken, vendor replaced it relatively quickly. However, the new rear fender did not have the bracket that came on the original which is riveted onto the plastic. I had to go to Home Depot and put together a way to attach the new rear fender to the frame. Once all this was fixed, the battery will no longer charge or hold a charge.     • A great bike for the price
I shopped around a lot (virtually, after doing a test drive) before purchasing an eBike. Save yourself the time, and buy this! Yes, the instructions, even with the video, leave something to be desired. Yes, one of the chainguard screws was rubbing against the chain and I needed a pliers to pull it away. And yes, I had to buy a pack of #10-32 x 1/2 in screws & nuts from Home Depot to connect the mount for the taillight to the back of the bike. So why five stars? 1) It just works, and will get you around. The throttle is very convenient (speed helps stability, and it gets you started, even uphill) and functional. I test-drove bikes that cost thousands of $ before I found this on Amazon, and while something that costs over $3000 will feel smoother, this does feel like an $1800 model. 2) It feels substantial and well built. It doesn't feel like a cheap knock-off of some major brand, it feels like it's meant to last. It's too early to know, of course, if it actually will. 3) I had an outstanding customer service experience. I attached the seat incorrectly to the pole (like I said, the instructions leave something to be desired), and sent them a photo. They had an engineer create a video (titled, according to Google translate, "Removable seat cushion clip code installation video" in Chinese) just to show me how to do it correctly. Assembly was as expected, the videos were OK. There was no sound, and a few of the details of this bike were not exactly as shown. Even so, few frustrations in the assembly. Seat was the most difficult. The bike is solid and feels well made. The brakes were properly set, the seat & handlebar adjustment was straightforward. Reallly solid bike, and quite heavy. Best thing is the ride. It is a small bike, you sit up kind of strait and high. The e power is very intuitive. Quiet, fast enough, and smooth. Even though it’s heavy, the bike rides pretty well without power. The suspension is soft, which is nice. Exactly what I was looking for. ... show more
