This shot is the perfect alternative to coffee. It gives me the boost I need to get through my workouts and I don't crash afterward. Unfortunately the price increased significantly so I may just by them less often or 1 at a time.

I've been skeptical of some of these ENERGY shots that are just caffeine and sugar, but this one is different. It is energizing after your second sip! I have two teenage boys and they fight over the stock on hand. Recently after trying it my husband has joined the fight. The flavor is decidedly ginger with a bit of sweetness from the blueberry juice, I find it to be delicious with a finish of heat. It seems expensive, but it's important to note that is is a concentrate, it would cost $4.99 just for the organic blueberries let alone the other ingredients...if you could find them! Wow! If the ingredients don't wake you up the flavor certainly will. I little strong and unexpected, but its only a shot and you get used to it over time. It tastes EXACTLY like all the ingredients listed which makes me feel good because I know there isn't other crap in there. I use these to give me a boost before an 8 mile run. So I have tried a few energy drinks that are made of natural ingredients. I will pay more for these. This particular one was tough to drink. Very big ginger flavor -- more medicine tasting. I did not think it gave me that much energy either. I will opt for something different going forward.

I absolutely love these. I wish they were sold in stores near me so I could really stock up. For $50, 12 is not a lot so I am hesitant to keep buying. If the prices are lowered I will buy again !
