The grinder is faulty. They did not accept and refund or return so it’s basically a useless product to me now.

So far so good, I've been using mine for just about a year now....... This grinder grinds pepper like a hobo on a ham sandwich and the pepper tastes great. Yes you need one.

Terrific (although large) choose your coarseness pepper and salt mills are perfect to keep in the kitchen. The pink rock salt and black peppercorns are super tasty as well. A definite item for someone who likes to cook.
