I bought these to use in craftwork, and they are very handy. They are also really worth the price. I do recommend you keep them protected by wiping down with a good machine oil (like 3-in-1 or WD-40) as they will rust very easily. All-in-all, you can't beat the price!

These pliers are small and mighty. I use the curved ones to feed wire into small areas for my job. It would be great for any use getting something small in a small area.

I got these for the electronics workbench. While they will work for the light duty of bending resistor leads they probably won't work for anything heavier. I would not use them for anything other than electronics and craft wire. They were not finished to specs. You'll also notice that there is a bump it the nose of the pliers that prevents them from closing properly. Even after grinding with the Dremel. These are considerably smaller and have finer tips than many 6" needle nose pliers. Not too small though! Just right for home hobby and electrical repair IMHO. The spring loaded feature makes them handy to manipulate one handed and the long skinny tips are well suited for more delicate jobs. Seem to be built well and they operate smoothly.     • The cheap pliers I was expecting
These are the standard cheap needlenose pliers, which is just what I wanted. Only caveat is that the metal piece in one pair which helps spring the handles apart when you squeeze them, is loose in the handle, so it slides out of the way when you try to use them, and doesn't spring the handles apart.
