    • Okay - Small channel locks and a bit oily
The pliers and wire cutters seem like they are decent. The channel locks are smaller. All the tools came heavily oiled which is good to protect from rust while stored but not so good that the grips are also coated in oil. These should be fine as a back up pair for a back up tool box.
