We absolutely love these chairs! But...they simply do not work on our carpeted floor. So we are trying to return them to Grandnoor Global and have found that the return shipping rate is quite expensive. The company says that "if you are unable to use their shipping service then you are liable for that shipping yourself. However, there is no way to tell just WHAT their shipping service is!!!
