This is NOT a 3 season sleeping bag. We took two of these camping for our 2yr olds first camping/music festival. Sleeping was not a good experience because of these bags. The temperature was in the high 30’s the first night. I doubled up this sleeping bag by stuffing one inside of the other and zipping it together as a double layer. We were wearing multiple layers and were still VERY COLD. Even with yoga mats and REI inflatable sleeping mats, it felt like there was less than a sheet between me and the ground. These sleeping bags were cheaply made and cold air passes directly through them. I literally had to put my kid in a snowsuit to keep her warm. I have festival camped for years in worse conditions with questionable “3 season” sleeping bags… this experience was by far the worst. The second night we ended up borrowing gear from friends and abandoning these trash bags all together… best decision ever. The most basic $50 Colman rectangle bag that’s rated for 40°F was infinitely warmer. Don’t buy these. They are only good for Summer camping in the South or basically anywhere that is warm enough to not actually need a sleeping bag. ... show more

Don't be confused, this is NOT a sleeping bag intended for hiking. For one thing, its heavier than average. For another, it's bulky, and does not "squash" as much as the more expensive hiking bags do. Having said that, if you need a sleeping bag for drive-up camping, or for a kid on their way to "sleep away" camp, this will do the trick. You are getting a basic bag, pretty similar to more or less any other one on the market in this price range. This is not, no matter what the description says, a "winter" bag. The temperature rating varies in the description, and claims to be good to 32 F. I doubt that, unless you are well dressed, and snuggled with another camper. Good winter gear is usually rated for much lower, and you can tell. What you are getting here is a decent bag for occasional use, that is warm enough for fall camping, but not useful for serious backpacking. Sleeping bags from this company are designed to zip together to make one big bag, which is a nice feature. Attractive, but is probably not going to survive intense use for long periods. So, basic bag. Good for sleep overs, summer camp, and drive up tent camping in mild weather. ... show more

The thing that sets this sleeping bag apart from others and gives it its good price tag is that it is lightweight. It Is perfect for warmer conditions like summer camping—it still has insulated materials, but it isn’t compact like cold weather sleeping bags. I use this as more of a sleeping pad to line the bottom part of my bed while camping and I can notice a significant heat difference! This is also a super cute design that my young niece loves and this has become her go-to sleeping bag when we camp as a family. It is big enough to fit an adult, but the added room makes it extra cozy for a kid. Another thing I love about this is the Velcro design on the outside. There is nothing I hate more than sleeping and the zipper of your sleeping bag keeps sliding down— this Velcro ensures that it stays up all night. Additionally, this wraps up well into the bag that it comes with. The bag is roomy so packing this up and fitting it in is relatively easy as opposed to shoving it into something smaller. However, this does make it a bit harder to travel with because the bag is bigger. If you are planning on backpacking, this is definitely not the compact and small sleeping bag that would be suitable to store in a backpack. The media could not be loaded. My family & I camp a lot. So I ordered & used it a few weeks ago during our fall camping season. The color & design of this sleeping bag is nice in that it is accommodating for various sizes. It's not baring & it keeps me warm that night and is very comfortable, with a super soft fabric. I was able to roll & move around easily during my sleep inside the tent. I ordered the aqua blue, which measures 75 inches by 33 inches, so it is just suitable for a female of my 5'3" stature. Quality is good & the bag is roomy enough so I can easy to roll it out and up again. This sleeping bag is ideal for the indoor company as well. The only thing I dislike about this sleeping bag is the product listing description because I don't think this bag is made for backpacking. It is too bulky to put inside my hiking bag & not light enough to carry around during my hiking trips. But overall, I am happy with the quality & comfort of this sleeping bag. Thanks! ... show more
