  • Worth what it is designed for

I spent a lot of time looking for a good inflatable couch because I’m deployed to the Middle East. This was the second one I bought after the first one popped on the corner of a filing cabinet I’m using as a night stand. I weigh about 220 pounds on a good day. I used this couch daily for the past 6 months. Understand it will not last forever, so it will eventually break. The first thing to go was the glue holding the form on the seat cushion. It still worked great but it became kinda like one bubble to sit on instead of the cushion. No problems at all until the glue eventually failed in the seam at the back of the left arm rest (as the couch is facing away from you). I shouldn’t have too much longer on my deployment or else I would 100% order another one. I have been trying to use the limited resources at my location to patch the hole, but I’m not sure it will make it through the finish line. I would 100% recommend this couch to anyone and I would definitely buy it again. ... show more

  • kinda loving this once it finished stretching!

so we all know that air mattresses like die on the first use right? this was bought for my spare room at first. while it looked cute, blowing this thing up with every use is not my thing after all! my daughter got a new bed so her old can now be the spare lol... anyways... fast forward to the summer, camping season!!! i decided on a whim to bring it for myself, since i have a tent alone and the bed is long enough on its own... night one took a moment to get comfy, and i missed an entire row of what would be the couch cushions. i was tired ok? but then, i curled up into the "back crack" of the couch, and it was SO comfortable and supportive! i was off the ground, and when i napped during the day, or laid in the tent to read, etc... i laid on a sofa without the need for any extra pillows! my tent camping just became ten-fold more comfortable! (prior to this, i had a mattress that was made to fit in the back of an suv, which was okay but still feeling the ground!) my only advice? make sure you are comfortable with the ambient temperature or have a polar wuality sleeping bag as i do, sleeping on air on a great lakes island =CHILLY at night! did i mention i've already booked said spot again this year? 😊 ... show more

  • Poorly constructed, simply DOES NOT hold up over time
Style: Queen
This is my 2nd time buying this couch & it disappoints EVERY TIME! I have limited space, so, I get these, hoping that this time might be the time that there's a happy ending. It starts out like a great love affair...you fill it...you sit on it & it feels great. But somewhere along the way to paradise, this thing simply implodes & that's unfortunate. I understand that you can't & shouldn't jump on this as though it's a trampoline, so, I don't. I also understand that you should never fill this to full capacity, so, I don't do that either. But no matter how gentle I treat this couch, it has a tendency to have some microscopic seam separation, which finds the lower section sinking to the floor, flatter than a pancake. If not that, there some tiny imperceptible seam separation, which'll drive you nuts, as you shine a flashlight on every inch of this couch, in attempt to find the leak. In which case I'd simply wish you luck. One would think that I'd learned my lesson via previous purchases of their Loveseat/Otterman combo & 2 purchases of this couch over the years. I bought this couch in December 2022 so that I'd have space for my Xmas Tree & Village setup. Needless-to-say, I ended up having to patch that sucker with Alien Tape Spray, because the "patch" which comes with this couch is about as useless are are breasts on a bull. The one that I purchased elsewhere to replace this one is lying listlessly in front of my window as I write this, once again, teasing me with its comfort, only to cruelly snatch it away about 3 months later. It never fails & my living room has a rug & none of us are overweight, as to tax this couch into submission. Intex truly needs to find a way to reinforce the seams of their products. Due to necessity, Intex has gotten far too much of my money over the years, only for the result to be disappointing & the usage, EXTREMELY short-lived everytime. I CANNOT recommend this couch to ANYONE when it always ends up being as disposable as an air spray, which you use for about 60 days, then toss because the can is empty. Let the buyer beware & truly, you get what you pay for. Which is why I can't complain because I had an idea of what I'd be getting. But #70 to $100 every few months is untenable. Intex...you've got me for the very last time. Purchase at your own risk. ... show more
