I've slept on many a blow-up mattress in my days of frequent moving. This mattress has proved to be very comfortable, sturdy, and of good quality. I've had no problems in over a month a nightly use. I didn't think the headboard would be a big plus, but wanted to give it a try, and it is actually quite useful when reading or watching TV. The height is good for getting in/out of bed without having to stand up from the floor. The mattress can be blown up to be very firm, or adjusted for a softer sleep. I prefer a very firm mattress and have slept very well on this. Like all air mattresses, this one did stretch and require additional air to be added almost every night for a couple weeks. But now it has settled, it holds air very well. The built-in pump is a bit loud, and not as quick as stated in the description, but it does inflate quickly (few minutes). Great airbed. I ordered it for my mom to sleep on when she came to visit and she said it was very comfortable. She loved the headboard because it allowed her to sit up in bed. It provided good support and the height was good. She did have a minor complaint about the air retention which is why she suggested 4 stars. I bought this air mattress to use when we have guest come into town. I saw mixed reviews before ordering this but decided to give it a try anyways. When first receiving the air mattress, I inflated it and left it inflated for a few days to make sure it did not deflate or have any issues. It seemed to be good to go so I put it away in the bag it came with. A month and a half later, we finally had a guest come to stay with us so this was the first time actually having anyone sleep on it overnight. I woke up in the morning to find my guest with an almost completely deflated air mattress. I felt so bad for them but the company explicitly says that there can be stretching of the air mattress and we could not find any obviously leaks so thought maybe it was just the supposed stretching that occurs. Once our guest left town, I reflated the air mattress to try to figure out what happened. We ended up finding a hole in one of the seams between the headboard and mattress. Disappointing for it to get a hole with only one use. I contacted seller and was told they could not refund since it was out of the 30 day window. This is my first review of anything I have ever bought but felt I had to write one because an air mattress should not get a hole in it with one use and not because to get a replacement within the first two months of purchase. Seller suggested to contact the manufacturer but I never heard back from them. A lot of money wasted. Should have just got a cheap one from Walmart where their. We use this air mattress annually when we are glamping. After night one when the mattress expands from use we top off the air and it’s good for the rest of the week. The best features are the pump built into the mattress and the headboard. We’ve had this for going on four years now and it’s been very durable thus far. Very comfortable for what it is, although no air mattress can achieve the firmness I prefer. The headboard keeps our pillows from falling off in the middle of the night, and protected our sheets from intruding rain when we left the back tent flap open and got surprise rain one night. Purchased for guests during Graduation. Loved the bed, very comfortable but lost some air overnight. Next time we used was for Thanksgiving and noticed the leak had become worse. Finally, wrote to customer service and after several emails they sent me a new bed.
