Features

  • DESIGNED FOR RIFLE INSPECTION - With an innovative, close-focusing sensor, our Teslong digital borescope will help you inspect the inside of your rifle barrel on a Windows PC or Android mobile device, but is not compatible with iOS devices (iPhones/iPad). This device is a great tool to evaluate your cleaning regimen or diagnose firearm problems that will save you time & money!
  • PLUG AND PLAY - This borescope requires no external apps or software, just turn on the 4.5-inch color IPS screen to view or record still images & videos at a high definition (1920x1080) resolution, which are then saved to the included 32GB Micro SD memory card.
  • FITS .20 CALIBER & LARGER RIFLE - The 0.2-inch diameter probe allows easy entry into rifle barrels as small as .20 caliber. The 45-inch flexible visual gun cleaning camera is longer than most rifles, so there is no need to switch from barrel to muzzle to fully inspect the bore.
  • LED RING LIGHT & SIDE-VIEW MIRROR - Six LED lights are adjustable for brightness and give the camera a perfect view of the darkest inspection areas. The borescope includes an adjustable, detachable, 90 side-view mirror. You can check the rifle barrel wall, or remove it to check the firing point. Includes 3 extra mirror in the case of damage or loss!
  • WHAT'S IN THE BOX - 4.5-inch borescope monitor, 45-inch flexible borescope probe, 3 x side-view mirrors, 32 GB micro SD memory card, USB Type-C charging cable, users manual, screen bracket, durable plastic carrying case, our worry-free 18-month warranty and friendly customer service based in the USA.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Best bore scope I could find for the price
Bought this to verify the removal of the carbon ring left in the barrel of two precision rifle’s. You can work hard to clean a barrel but you need to verify if you’re shooting competitively and this has become an essential tool. Very pleased and well used.

Wow! I am using this to inspect rifle bores and suppressor baffles. The image is crisp and sharp.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Great borescope. No regrets at all.
I wanted a borescope to use on several rifles and handguns, .22 through .338, as well as automotive. I initially tried to go cheap and get a borescope that worked with my iPhone, but sent it back because it was unusable cheap. Then this Teslong’s ad caught my eye with all the cool looking high quality sample pictures, and the dedicated screen looked very nice. My only hesitation was that there were only about 30 reviews on it, although all of them were positive. Well I took a chance on it and I couldn’t be happier! The sample pictures in the ad really do reflect the awesome quality of the images. No joke, it is that good! I like the 3 brightness levels (I usually only need lowest setting in a barrel, which also delays time until scope end gets hot), 3 magnification levels (1, 1.3 and 1.5), and ability to push a button to flip the picture 180 degrees so that the direction you move the scope corresponds to the direction image moves in the viewer. Who ever designed this did their homework. The side view mirrors that come with it work great down to .22 caliber, although I also bought the Teslong 4-pack of mirrors sized all the way up to .45 caliber...for larger calibers they help keep the scope centered in the barrel and in focus (without having to screw the smaller mirrors in and out to get the right focus). I’ve also used the scope without a mirror to get a head on view of the inner circumference, lands and grooves of the barrel starting from the muzzle, and you also get a great view of the face of the bolt and firing pin at the breech end. I use it without the mirror to inspect the outside of firearm for the start of rust (You might find more than you want!). Lots of uses besides firearms. I’ve had melanoma before, and I used it to do a self check of my scalp looking for suspicious moles. I also stuck it in air vent that wasn’t working right on my old Saab, and was able to quickly see that the air tubing had become disconnected behind the panel. I know there will be a lot of previously frustrating situations where I can now say, wait a minute, I have that cool borescope that I can use for this. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Tool -- Color Display is an Excellent Option!!
OK - So I am a HUGE fan of the Teslong borescope. Teslong (for a promotional offer) gave me an opportunity to test and review this unit -- their "Rifle Borescope with Screen, Teslong 0.2inch Digital Gun Barrel Bore Scope with 4.5inch IPS Color Display, Close-Focusing Camera, Side-View Mirror, 36inch Flexible Cable, Carrying Case". So you know I am a Teslong fan, I have the rifle borescope, the pistol borescope, and the Teslong mirror set (wife is taking my credit card away :-), ALL are wonderful, and all combined, are nowhere close to the cost of a borescope a few years ago!! My thought with this option was... - I clean my firearms in the garage, then bring them in the house to check the bores. Why not check them in the garage (I am in the 3% of US citizens without a laptop)? - When I am at the range, would it not be fantastic to check the bores after I clean them there? Well, this has been a great addition to my Teslong tool chest! I charged the display, and have now used it +/- 20 times. It is still showing a full charge. The view is not as good as a 27" monitor, but it is easy to see, and you can zoom in to get a better look at an area. The case is functional, and helps to protect and keep the parts together. The included USB cable will be a great backup to have on hand. I have used the picture and the video options -- they work great! It helps to read the instructions vs stumbling around pushing buttons thinking you can figure it out. Not complicated, but not 100% intuitive. Overall -- I have nothing but praise for this option. To be honest, if I was to buy a Teslong again, I would buy this option and the mirror option. You then have everything you need - the very handy mobile display, and the cabling to use your PC / laptop. If I was to say I have one desire -- it would be the ability to hook this up to my iPad or iPhone. I believe the larger iPad screen, storage, and mobility would be a nice feature. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Great product
I am a rifle builder/gunsmith and a benchrest shooter. Its important for me to check for throat erosion when muzzle velocity suddenly drops as well as hard carbon that tends to build up right above the throat of my match rifles after several shots as well as checking customers rifles. Also works great for setting gas blocks exactly perfect on AR15's i build or ones coming in to be upgraded to an adjustable gas block. Its so easy to use, the monitor the size of a cell phone and the camera having a light shining while the camera hits the angled mirror gives a brilliant high definition image to you with no interruption or lagging as you go. Best part is its so much cheaper than something like a hawkeye which is a very complex, precision, excellent gunsmithing tool and for that is expensive. Another major plus is the rifle can just be either in a rest or the barreled action clamped in soft jaws in your vice while you just stand there looking at a monitor and not having a barrel tilted while looking down a tube with one eye. My friend told me about this just as i was about to purchase a hawkeye bore scope and i have no complaints at all with the teslong. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Far exceeded expectations
I expected a relatively cheap instrument but that would still suffice for my needs. Little did i realize what a quality professional item this Teslong Borescope is. It seems to me one of the best deals I have seen in years. Highly recommend this to anyone interested in what the bore of your firearm looks like from the inside. ... show more
