  • Nice Retro-looking Stereo!
Color: Red Style: Record Player
I wanted to get a new radio to have in the kitchen as we like to have music on a lot at our house. After our last radio quit working, I searched to see what was available and am super happy with this purchase. Yes, there are many of these retro-style stereos available but after seeing this one available in red and reading positive reviews, I bought it. It has the bells and whistles I was looking for and sounds good. It has a very cool look to it and lights up blue when on. There's not a of bass, but for the price, I wasn't expecting a big sound. It sounds nice in smaller rooms, plays records and CDs, plus it has an AM/FM radio. If you are wanting to add a stereo to an office or room that needs some music or simply are looking for an old-school style of radio, this one is worth the low price. It arrived quickly and I'm very happy with it! ... show more

  • Awesome, multifaceted turntable
Color: Teal Style: Record Player
Victrola is the best! I had a white Victrola record player for years, but it got broken, so I needed a new one. I was looking for the same one I had when I came upon this one. I thought the color and style were fun, and I likes that it had the capability to record to MP3, so I gave it a shot. I am so glad I did! The color is a little more mild and pastel in person, which I'm really happy with. It's colorful, but not in-your-face. The retro car façade is really charming too! I have nothing in my house in that style, but it still works with my décor. The sound quality is really great, which is what I've always experienced with Victrola, from this unit, all the way back to my 100-year-old, antique gramophone. The record to MP3 function is really easy to use and SO WONDERFUL! I have been able to put my favorite albums on a flash to play in my car! The tuner is pretty sensitive, picking up stations well, even at my country home. The CD player works well and is easy to use. This is a gem. I highly recommend it! ... show more

  • Great sound!! Use everyday.
Color: Red Style: Record Player
Found out my favorite CD wasn't the problem with my old boombox as it plays beautifully on this. Have not used the record player yet. Nice looking and people comment on how nice it looks and it's compact.

  • You get what you pay for
Color: Black Style: Record Player
The design of this player is nicely retro but that pretty much ends the superlatives. The sound it produces is what the old transistor radios put out big on treble but small on bass. The headphone jack does not work properly even after trying it with several different mini jacks. It's as if the jack severs the connection and leaves you listening to a shadow of the true sound. Sadly the case will not close while there is an album on the turntable because the record sticks out of the side. Is it appropriate for a child to use? Yes of course but it seems that for a few dollars more or perhaps better design it could have suited an adult as well. The disk player and basic blue tooth are added features that don't make up for the limitations of the player itself. The bottom line is that this is good value for the money I paid but I wouldn't buy it or another product like it again. I think I'll hand it off to my neighbors kids. ... show more

  • Sounds great!
Color: Red Style: Record Player
The sound is terrific! Put through to my visio TV sound bar with the Bluetooth settings and the sound is amazing! It fills the whole finished basement and with the visio sound bar subwoofer it's like you are in front of the band itself! Connections are a piece of cake! Radio, record, CD, all sound wonderful even through the self contained speakers 🔊 it sounds great 👍. Went for a haircut and my barber has one in his shop and sounded great. He was running a Playlist from Pandora and wow! That sold me on it! I tried the Amazon music app on my Samsung phone and really sounds great! Gonna be using this machine a lot for sure! Ten stars 🌟 🤩 ... show more

  • This thing is awesome.
Color: Red Style: Record Player
OK. First, let's get the bad out of the way first; this thing does not exude a high amount of quality. It's frankly pretty cheesy; the record player is particular is very cheaply built. That said, I think they've resolved the issue with the CD player; the drive actually seemed quite well made (it's better than most PC CD drives). The Bluetooth works well, but can be finicky. You don't want a bunch of people connecting to it, or it'll never play (if that's what you want, get one of the newer JBL bluetooth speakers with party mode). That said, I've been using it for the past week while I've been working home, and it's an absolutely perfect companion to get through the day. The thing just looks cool too. I have no idea why they included CD ripping software, but hey, if you were cryo frozen in 1998 and just thawed out, get to work on ripping some CDs! Oh, a note on the sound quality. This is not some banging party device. Again, JBL, Klipsch, Sonos, etc. make very loud Bluetooth speakers. This is a perfect device to chill with on a rainy afternoon, or just get through the workday (I typically listen to a radio show in the morning using the FM tuner, then switch to Bluetooth in the afternoon). That said, the sound quality is better than you'd expect at this price point. Overall, the thing is a really, really good value and I hope it lasts for years! ... show more

I purchased this item for my daughter’s graduation gift. She loves vintage everything and she was so happy. She loves it. Attractive looking and nice quality. Thank you.
