  • Great!
I didn’t really expect such good sound for the price. The small speakers don’t take up space, but put out good quality sound. I love that I can also play CDs and old cassette tapes.

  • great quality and functionality for the price!
The media could not be loaded. our family bunny managed to chew thru the power cable of my last record player, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because i got this gem! for the price, the sound quality of the speakers are great and they get VERY loud! they’re not professional speakers by any means, but they definitely get the job done. the fact that i can now listen to my records, CDs, and cassettes all in one place is amazing. it even fits in my bookshelf (with a hole drilled in the back for the power cable), so it’s great for compact spaces!! long story short, take the gamble on this little miracle of a record player, i would highly recommend it :) ... show more

  • ok
Can play my small collection of 50 years old records, slight buzz sound. Forgot to take plastic thing off of needle. Has built in FM antenna. Nothing much comes in. Just like my tv. Wish I could output to my real stereo. RCA jacks for speakers. Wish power cord was longer. Record to large to close dust cover. ... show more

  • Great little record player
Smaller than I expected but sounds great. Perfect for your average music fan looking for a budget friendly record/ cd player.

  • Doesn't tune AM correctly. CDs pause between tracks. Cosmetic defects. Not worth the money.
CONS: AM radio doesn't use USA frequencies. Cannot tune to 660, 770, 880 - the digital tuner can only tune to 657,666 or 774,783 or 873,882 instead -- which are not frequencies that are in use -- so useless. USA AM stations frequencies end in 0 - 880, 890, 900. etc. CD player has a pause between tracks, making it useless for listening to performances spread over multiple tracks. When a song is spread over several tracks, it stops for a second in the middle of the song while the next track number appears. This may have something to do with how the recording works on this device, attempting to create a folder of discrete tracks, but that's only my guess. For example, the first 2 tracks of Sgt. Pepper (Beatles) are is one recording with Sgt. Pepper merging into A Little Help From My Friend, but spread over 2 logical (physical) tracks, so the device pauses for 1/2 second in the middle of the performance. The device arrived with the front scratched (see photo). PROS: Good sound for small device. Small footprint lets it fit in a small space. FM sounds OK. Unlike the AM tuner, all FM frequencies are tunable. Tuner tunes in .1 MHz. OTHER: When there is a 12" vinyl disk on the turntable, there is less than 1mm space between the edge of the disk and the record arm. You must be very careful putting the record onto the turntable and taking it off again. I hope I can return it to the seller. I expected better for $190. ... show more

  • Not worth buying
I purchased this system because I have many vinyl lp’s and needed a new player. It arrived quickly and undamaged. I set it up and put on a record, but the turntable stopped. Upon inspection, I could see that the plastic piece that raises and lowers the arm was so close that it rubbed against the album and kept it from turning. The only way to play a record was to remove the plastics piece, rendering the lift mechanism useless. Also, the spindle was too big in diameter and the record had to be forced down on it. The radio seemed to work fine, but I did not even try the cd player. Packed it back up and returned the same day. Don’t waste your time and money on this product. ... show more

  • Not bad for the money!
While no product get great reviews many get accolades beyond their performance. This is bot a super high quality system… but… it might be just what you need. We were streaming all our music but had both records and cds we couldn’t use. I particularly like it plays 78’s as I am into vintage music and can find no one to repair my old Magnavox console stereo. So I got this and it works fine so far. I have had it four months. If your a super audio file then move on to the really expensive stuff. If your just looking to play your music this might be for you! ... show more

  • EASY TO SET UP AND USE
I love that the unit plays our old cassette tapes and our record albums. I haven't tried recording on a USB drive yet, but I am looking forward to that feature. So far, this appears to be well worth the money. The FM stereo works great, and I have good reception in our mountain location.
