It was such a nice addition to my daughter’s room and an amazing Christmas gift. It was nice material and was very sturdy and easy to assemble and was small enough to fit in her headboard it works great to help her wake up in the morning and has never malfunctioned or anything. It is super easy to put together and set up the time. With only a few clicks of buttons the time was set and ready for her to use. It can be easily adjusted to whatever time you want! It is very durable and can be handled super easily and the material is really nice. Especially with the variety of colors you can get. I love the way the clock looks on my nightstand. The time keeping has been accurate and I love the color around the rim. It is not bulky and your eye is not drawn to the alarm. I am a little disappointed in the base and that is why I gave a 4 star. It looks “plastic” and feels very light weight. So far I have not been able to get the base to stay in the clock when picking the it up. The base simply appears to slide in and “click” to stay put but mine isn’t doing that.     • It's great for a short period of time

It was a really great clock! But it did not last very long at all. Pros: Easy to assemble, and it looks very great in my room! I also really love being able to adjust the brightness; the lowest setting is perfect for nighttime, and the highest setting is the perfect brightness during the day. Cons: It does not have very good mirror functionality at all, which was not very disappointing to me, but if you were looking forward to that it's something you should know. It also is very lightweight, which is perfect if you want to hang it somewhere, but if you are just setting on something it could very easily be knocked over. Another thing to note is that the alarm function is very difficult to figure out. It worked great, and I loved it for the first 9 months.... but then the light adjustment function just stopped working all together. I was pretty disappointed but continued to use the clock. About a month later the entire clock stopped working altogether and I was unable to use it at all. So, it only ended up lasting about 10 months which is not good for a $20 clock. ... show more

If you actually need to wake up on time, don’t do it. Oh where to begin… Ok so, you can only set 1 alarm. There’s also only 1 volume and it cannot be adjusted. So, when the alarm goes off, it sounds off for 2 minutes. Might sound like enough to some, but depending on how you sleep, it may not be and don’t you want an alarm that actually does what it’s supposed to do no matter the conditions? If you don’t wake up within that 2 minute period, YOU'RE SCREWED. It will not come back on. And since you cannot adjust the volume or set a second/back up alarm, you’re late. Late to work or wherever you have to be. You also have to be an IT expert and learn how to code before using this. That’s right, it’s coded. Therefore, do not think you’ll read the instructions ONE TIME to set the time or the alarm and think you’ll remember how to do either the next time. You could be in the Guinness Book for #1 Genius in the world and it’s just not happening. I would consider myself above average on the tech savvy meter. Well above average. But this isn’t about me is it? The point is, no one wants their alarm clock to be this difficult. NO ONE wants to think this hard to set an alarm after a long stressful day. Setting our alarms should be one of the easiest things we do in a day. And you will have to do it every day bc there’s no recurring alarm feature either. Oh and it’s very obvious that the person who wrote the user “manual” (it’s more of a little pamphlet but whatever) it’s very obvious that English is NOT their first language. Listen, I personally am all about diversity and inclusion and accepting ALL people no matter who they are. HOWEVER, just bc I would consider my second language to be Spanish (bc it’s the only other language I know lol) doesn’t mean I would ever think I’m qualified to write a pamphlet/manual/whatever in Spanish. No! I’m not the right person for that job. See where I’m going with this? The moral of this long A$$ story is that if you want an alarm clock that’s user friendly and will actually do what an alarm clock is supposed to do, trust me, this ain’t it! Actually, the one I’ve already gotten to replace this is everything I need and more. Your time and money are valuable. It’s not worth the risk of you being late to work/court/kids/clients/ETC. You can set the time of day yourself. My old clock set the time automatically and it was always wrong! Also nice that numbers are white, not red. Much more pleasing to the eye.
