The chairs are good quality and look good. They are definitely bar height - I was replacing older bar chairs and these are at least 2 inches taller. I feel the foot rest is a little low - for a tall person - probably just right. Assembly is straight forward - instructions could be a little clearer. While I rated these chairs as a four for ease of assembly and a five for comfort, they are not well-made. We sit outside for hours every week. They just didn’t hold up. The ball bearings fall out of the swivel mechanism and the screws in the arms work loose. I have just purchased new chairs from another company after a little over six months of use. ... show more

Plan on at least 30 minutes per chair for assembly. Instructions are clear and have decent pictures. Assembled, the chairs are sturdy and we think pretty comfortable. Love the chairs! Love love love that they swivel. I am not tall enough to pull the chair in after I sit down. Having the ability to have the chair close to the table yet spun makes it much easier for me to get on and off. No extra parts! Highly recommend

You need to buy an Allen Wrench bit to put in your drill otherwise, each chair will take an hour to assemble. I bought 4 chairs. Assembling the chairback to the handrail was tricky on two of the chairs. I was ready to send the product back as the holes were out of alignment, but force did the trick.

Very comfortable. Easy instructions and assembly but still took some time to put together. Small damage mark on one of the seats. We didn’t return because we knew we would add a cushion on top so we didn’t exchange. One thing, the height of the seat to the resting of the foot is a little longer than typical bar height stools.
