This is a great bag I just wish it would hold some of my longer sticks. Unfortunately I can’t zip it up because the tip of my sticks hang out of the top. Other than that it’s a great stick holder

This case will fit on the better half of a 16-18" floor tom. It's about 18" itself, which means plenty of room. As is typical with Vic Firth bags, its got a front pocket (although it really can only fit pocket books, no accessories or sticks), and the hooks work as long as your not taking the bag on and off your set every half hour. (the hooks themselves are metal, but the flap that holds the nylon cords to the bag leaves a lot to be desired). I'm content. ... show more

The features say the bag can hold up to 12 pairs of drum sticks. I find that very hard to believe. I use the bag to hold my Corpsmaster marching snare sticks, so I can easily carry sticks to and from practices. It holds about 5 pairs of those sticks, but I wouldn't want to put many more in it and over stuff the bag. Overall, it does the job its intended to do. ... show more

First bag I've ever owned so nothing to compare it too. Works fine for the number of sticks and brushes I currently have but I can't see it holding the max number indicated in the description. If I was going to use it in a more active way than just hanging on my kit, it probably would not hold up well. But for me and the way I use it, it works fine. ... show more
