When it arrived which it came a day earlier then scheduled which was a nice surprise. As I was setting it up which by the way was very easy, it takes about 2 hours, there is no way around that but it was easy. I was struck by the quality of the set and how it seemed to be a much better set then the price would lead you to believe. After I dialed in the Kit, I was amazed on the sound that I was getting from this set. I was impressed and very happy with my purchase . If you are looking for a starter kit for someone just learning how to play the drums, you can't go wrong with this set. I am impressed with this set overall! It was easy to put together, and all the parts were included. The Remo heads are excellent! All the stands are solid, and the throne is relatively comfortable. I find the included cymbals much too thick and heavy. I’m probably gonna buy a cymbal set and another stand, but for now, these are good for learning. ... show more

This is a nice set. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions. The drums have a nice sound after tuning them and the cymbals sound good (not cheap). It will he perfect for my 4 boys. We love it!
