Just received this stand in the mail and will be using it on a 22re motor. Vevor hasn’t let me down yet and it’s a more cost efficient way to get projects done rather than spending hundreds of dollars on brand name equipment that may be used once in a blue moon. I ordered this product over 2 weeks ago and it was supposed to come here in 2 days, they just kept pushing it back, eventually it came. I put it together, no damage to the box, but on the inside you can tell the paint was scratched up, also the color of the parts must have been different batches, because they're too different oranges, you can't really tell from the photo, but standing next to it, it's way different. Also you can tell they powder coated over rust, because of how rough some of the powder coating is, the hardware is kind of questionable, super thin washers, the lock washers are kind of Janky, I'd get new hardware or just weld it together, for about a 20 dollars more you can get one from harbor freight that's is way nicer, also harbor freight has 10-15% off coupons so you could probably get it for the same price, or less. Ok first off everyone complaining about chipped paint and imperfections it not china, i personally love mine. I've had a chevy 350 on mine for a while. The turning yes was a little hard but nothing a litlle lubricant wouldn't fix. I keep a lot of projects so multiple stands is a necessity. Will definitely be ordering more of these. ... show more

I was skeptical at first, but it holds a Duramax long block just fine. It truly doesn't flex that bad at all. The weak point is definitely the legs where they decided it was a good idea to make the L bracket go under, instead of over the legs and then run a single bolt thru it to hold all the leveraged weight of the engine. But it works. I'll put a few welds on it and I'm confident it would hold 1500+lbs after a few spot welds. But at 1000 lbs, it does fine. ... show more

The stand is solid with all the hardware. Flat washers are super thin. The issue with both stands I purchased is 1. The way they’re packaged destroys the painted finish, 2. Some of the pieces aren’t fully painted, and 3. Some of the pieces are badly orange peeled and have dirt in the paint. I give the stand a 5/5 but the paint 1/5. ... show more

It definitely is a nice sturdy engine stand that's well made. I currently have a 5.3 vortec engine on it and it's holding up great. Assembly was fairly easy but the instructions are lacking a parts inventory list. Thankfully there wad a nice part diagram.
