It was a great product, but when it came the box looked like it had been opened and the item used, even though we bought it new, the packing materials were in pieces. Bought 3 of these for my kids and they haven't stepped off of them since Christmas. They love the lights and how they can connect their their music via Bluetooth. The speaker is loud, battery lasts long, and they have a smooth ride. Glad I purchased these!!

    • DO NOT BUY. Unsafe, cheap. Don’t waste your time, money or safety to save a buck.
Do NOT BUY! Christmas present was ruined. Seemed great until it smelled like burning rubber when first charging. Smelled toxic and smelled up my whole house and freaked us out to the point that we didn’t dare use it again. We are scared! From what I’m reading, must be a cheap product and battery/charger combo. And I’ve read about them exploding because of this. Contacted customer service and they emailed back saying they’re contacting the manufacturer and I can wait some more!?!? Well, how about advising it’s unsafe and to stop using!?! Don’t have time for this since it was a Christmas gift and my daughter is devastated and I wish I’d spent a little more for a brand name board at the store. Returning this and getting a SAFE ONE! Long story short, Pay a few bucks more and buy a safe one. DO NOT BUY!!! UPDATE: I got the runaround and never heard back from the seller. What a joke. My daughter (10 yrs old) loves this thing! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the free isn’t really built for outside riding. It works great and runs smoothly but when my daughter rides outside the frame gets really beat up.
