Bought this for under counter position in basement bar. Looks good, works as advertised. Only negative was damage from shipping (see pics). UPS driver claimed it was loaded onto his truck that way. I find it hard to believe the manufacturer would ship it this way (it was sold on Amazon, but shipped directly from mfr.). Regardless, Velieta's customer support team (Lily and Tina) worked quickly to offer a satisfactory solution. Since the damage was cosmetic (dented rear corner, which would not be visible under counter) and the unit functions properly, we agreed to a partial refund that was fair for both of us. ... show more
