The product looked excellent when I opened the box. I have been testing it for a few months before giving my review. The capacity says 5000mAh but it is not, I did the test and the real capacity is a little bit lower. The real problem came after two weeks when the capacity dropped even more, at first it charged my cell phone completely when it was at 10% my cell phone did it without problems and it was left to charge a little more (it has a 4000mAh battery), after a few weeks the capacity dropped, it no longer charges my cell phone to 100% which implies that the efficiency drops considerably with the charging cycles. That considering that I use it regularly, that is, maybe once a day and sometimes I don't even use it, it is useful, but in my case it did not meet my expectations at all. ... show more

It came fully charged & packaged very nicely. My only gripe is that it won't charge my Samsung Galaxy 21 all the way. But, it's nice & portable enough that it can keep my phone charged for a good while in emergencies until I can get to a charger, as long as I'm not using a bunch of other apps.
