I originally gave the clock an bad review because it gained about a minute every day, so I returned it. The seller contacted me in order to make things right. There aren’t many sellers who stand by their products, and go above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction. The seller and I reached an agreement that I would test a new clock, and if satisfied, change my review. The clock is hung in the same location, and I’m happy to report that after 2 weeks, the time is kept accurate. It has many features I could not find in other clocks, such as a bright, easy to read display with real numbers, and not the 7 dashes that make all the numbers harder to read (IMO). There are different backgrounds to choose from, and another nice feature is you can adjust the brightness settings for day and night. The remote is a bonus because you can use it to set and turn off alarms, adjust brightness and backgrounds without having to take the clock off the wall. Thank you, Vicky, for reaching out to me and convincing me to give a new clock a chance. I hope this revised review helps you sell more clocks. As this review said, not many sellers take the time to contact dissatisfied customers and make things right. There are many options and for a nice change, this clock has simple straightforward common sense directions. I bought one, then ordered another. I bought the Vefaii calendar clock for my mom who is having difficulty remembering what day it is and reading an analogue clock. The large font with high contrast of black and white is great for her aging eyes. She is using it with the factory settings for now, but I will modify as her memory declines. The moment my husband and I saw the clock in person we knew his mom, who has macular degeneration, would greatly benefit having the clock as well. I’m ordering hers right now. I got this clock for my dad as an fathers day gift. It was supposed to be a white Frame clock but I end up with the black frame clock instead. I didn't have time to return it so I gave it to my dad anyway. He loves it. It's really nice. Bright and very easy to read and easy to setup. My mom and sister wants one now and so do I. I bought two of these for my elderly parents. Mom always wants to know the day/date/time, so I set up the one in the living room with the color display that shows those clearly. Dad gets up in the night and it’s hard to convince him that it’s not morning yet, so I put one at his bedside configured with DAY/NIGHT in big letters above the time (and the accompanying sun/moon icon). The whole clock is beautiful. It works great with a beautiful alarm you don’t want to turn off; it’s so beautiful. But it certainly will wake you up. You can set th alarm by what percentage of loudness and how it sounds. The owner controls how loud and how long among other controls. When you plug it in it gives you date, time month, morning evening, afternoon, midnight predawn and others that apply. You have to play with it to find other thinks, but I guarantee you if your I Q is 75 or more you will figure it out ... show more
