    • Solves the reminder problem for my ADHD Child Worth every penny

A few things to note here: 1. The original clock we bought has an issue and Vicky from Vefaii customer service was beyond amazing. She had a replacement sent out to me instantly. 2. We needed the clock to set reminders for our ADHD child to start his tasks so most of the default screens would not work for us. Vicky was able to provide us with the replacement clock with the ability to have 10 custom screens on it which is exactly what we needed. I would recommend that Vefaii just make this standard across all their clocks. 3. Custom screens seem to need their own audio file added for alarms. MP3s work just fine but iTunes M4A will not work. You need to convert your iTunes file to an MP3 first. 4. Setting up and navigating the clocks menu screens are a breeze and took minimal effort. 5. The 4 different visual interfaces are quite nice. 6. I cannot speak highly enough about the level of professionalism and amazing experience I had with Vefaii customer service. 7. I highly recommend this product. I know there are others out there on Amazon just like this but you want the products from Vefaii. ... show more

    • Great calendar clock for seniors experiencing memory issues

We purchased this clock for an 89 year old senior who is experiencing memory issues. The size of the display makes it very easy for her to read and identifies the day of the week as well as the date. That gives her a way to match the current day and time to the facility's activity calendar. The time is very easy to read from across the room. It's also got a battery backup which is great because once the power goes out and returns, the clock displays the correct information. This is especially important as our senior can no longer figure out how to reset a standard electric clock if there's a power outage. We don't use any of the alarm reminders, so I can't speak to how easy they may be to set up and use. Our senior loves this clock! ... show more

    • My mom with dementia loves the reminders
I bought this for my mom since she has difficulty determining the time of day it is. I bought this clock because it has the time but also has the time of day (i.e. morning, afternoon, evening, night). Due to dementia she will get mixed up on sleeping times and what meal she is going to eat. With this clock she can lay down but wake up and know that it is time for lunch or dinner. She lives in assisted living but this helps her keep her days and nights straight. 2) Another feature I like is being able to change the color of the display along with the brightness. It dims at night so it isn't glaring in her eyes. 3) This clock has I believe 16 different reminders that can be set up. She likes the reminder to drink water and to eat a snack. I set those and it is helping her to remember these small things that we take for granted. There are reminders for appointments, when to let pets out, when to check the doors to be sure they are locked. One thing that would be helpful would be to set appointments for a whole month but for now it has only settings for a week at a time. One thing that I found difficult was to set the clock up. It was hard for me to get the settings to where I wanted them but I was eventually able to get it the way I wanted it set up for her. The menu was easy to navigate once you get your bearings with the buttons. I did get a tad frustrated setting it up. I was concerned that the buttons would break because they feel flimsy. My mom would not have been able to set this up. There are more settings but I don't know what they are for and there were no instructions to explain it. More instructions please. Only other complaint is that it does loses a little time. It seems to lose a minute a week. All in all for the price it is worth it. It is a way to find out if it is a helpful tool and if you want to spend money on a more pricey one or just keep this and save your money. ... show more

I bought this for my 95-yr old mother. It helps her remember the day, month, year and time. The letters/numbers are large and bright. She keeps it on her table and uses it daily. She loves it!

    • Never expected to be so pleased over a clock … but I am!
Enjoy being able to pick color I prefer, can glance up and see month, day, date and time of day. Being winter, I’ve fallen asleep and on waking up, have briefly not been sure if dawn or dusk. My regular alarm does not tell me. Have opened my eyes and thought initially it was time for work … and I was late! Several friends.have said they had the same thing happen.. also, has phases of the moon, resets itself for daylight savings time, and has a charger so it stays on if power goes off. ... show more

Overpriced junk item that does not work. This item did not work straight out of the box. It is a plug in clock for older people and when you plug it in it does not work, no matter how many working outlets you plug it into. I missed the return window by 4 days. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.
