The product is very nice however after following instructions, the first of two pillows was too hard for me and I almost put both in storage. When picking up the second pillow I noticed it seemed softer so I tried that one and it has worked out well. Apparently the pillows were not alike after all. I would ask that unless I didn’t read it when purchasing that there would be a description of the varied hardness of the memory foam. After trying two other brands, one 25% less, one exorbitantly expensive that was SEVEN times as much, the Vaverto pillows have wowed me. I’d read that there’s an odor. There wasn’t. The directions said it would take a while to fully expand. It didn’t. We actually were entertained watching them grow. When the box arrived, I assumed the wrong item had been sent because the box was two small for two king-sized pillows. I pulled them out and showed skeptical Bob, who had a good laugh at what looked like large, rectangular pancakes. They fully expanded quite quickly and I zipped pillow protectors on them (yes, I know they have them, but I didn’t want them soiled), then added king pillow cases, which fit perfectly, and we stretched out. Had it not been midafternoon, we’d have both been sound asleep within seconds. I felt very much like Goldilocks. The first pillow I bought was too soft, the next too hard and the third just right. These are keepers. When I lie down, my head sinks into the Vaverto pillow, just enough that it is supported in line with my spine. When I make the bed and stand the pillows on their sides behind my shams, they stand up beautifully. I’m recommending them to all my friends and relatives. Thank you, Vaverto. Very VERY firm. My fiancé said they don’t make firm pillows anymore. I purchased these pillows with reading people complaining they are to firm. Well they are EXTREMELY firm. We love them! but if you truly do not like a hard firm pillows these are not for you
