I had no idea there was a tool out there that could remove the skin on garlic. I'm super happy my wife bought this. We use garlic a lot and it's been frustrating removing the skin by hand. Interesting design but like every garlic press, this requires the removal of the part of the garlic that is not useful and you need a toothpick to remover garlic from the holes. If you have a garlic press, this is not an improvement.
