I was a little leery when I ordered this, having seen a few complaints by people who said it was difficult to assemble or smaller than expected or that the cushions were super thin. I have been pleasantly surprised. It arrived ahead of schedule, and went together pretty easily. I did use my own ratcheting socket wrench and allen screwdriver attachments because the supplied tool, while it worked, did make the process slow and painful for my poor old arthritic hands. There were a few times when I was quite sure that "screw A" was NOT going to fit into "hole B" as instructions said they would, but every single time this happened, it was my own fault for having looked at the drawings upside-down or something similar. I was actually rather surprised at how well lined up all of the various holes and such were, and at how actually sturdy the set feels once assembled. I've put together a lot of cheap furniture in my day, including IKEA stuff, which is sort of the benchmark, and this was very possibly the most well executed product I've encountered. I'm a little "challenged" when it comes to interpreting instructional drawings and this time was no exception, but this set of instructions was as good as any I've encountered. So, yes, the cushions are thin relative to some you can buy. I still find them comfortable and firm. I like the "slip resistant" fabric on the bottom of the cushions, which helps, but doesn't completely prevent the cushions from moving as I shift positions. I suppose its presence does mean I can't flip the cushion over if my cat barfs on it (covers are removeable for washing) but a friend of mine has a set with "flippable" cushions that are thicker and those things slide all OVER the place. If I had it do over, I'd keep what I have. The cushions that go with the back-rest pillows are a little soft and squishy for my taste (gotta use at least 2 for support) but a person can certainly add more pillows acquired from elsewhere and the color I chose is easy enough to coordinate with. Yes, the set is pretty small, but in my case, it works perfectly for the space I have and the number of people (2 max) who will be using it. The measurements are clearly stated in the product description and they are accurate. As mentioned earlier, the set feels very sturdy and I've been entirely comfortable taking a nap on it, squirming around while trying to get into a comfy position to work on my current crochet project AND see the painted buntings at the feeder just outside my lanai. I feel like it's a little low to the ground, but not enough to be a problem -- again, in my case, it works perfectly for my space, my windows, my cats' viewing pleasure, etc. The only real criticism I have is that I wish it was possible to assemble the set as a mirror image, or to order a mirror image version. I really wanted to set this up with the shorter piece positioned where the longer piece is, but that's not possible without doing a LOT of "this will invalidate your warranty" -type alterations. I had to re-arrange other items in the space differently than what I wanted to do to make this work. However, as I've been using it, the layout as it stands hasn't caused me any problems, I just would have preferred it set up the other way. (But honestly, if that's the most I have to complain about....) Anyway, I'm very pleased, and yes, I'd recommend, but I'd also say to pay attention to the information that is provided and decide if it's what will work for you. ... show more

This is definitely not the size I was going for but the price was for an outdoor sectional in comparison to other brands/products. ::Cons:: 1. Very small size and low to the ground (big enough for 2 adults-comfortably seated.) Quite embarrasing for entertaining many adults. 2. The final product is 2 separate pieces that do not attach together for additional support (to prevent movement). 3. Dont know how long durability will be. ::Pros:: 1. Price 2. Assembly was a breeze 3. No defective pieces in my kit/No stains, rips or tears 4. Fast shipping (shipped 2 days after purchase, arrived no later than 4 days from purchase) 5. Great for small size decks. Larger decks may need to add additional seating to make up for small stature. Overall, the pros from my review outweighs the cons but I would not recommend for someone who is looking to hold more than 2 average size adults - but perfect for kids and minimalistic styles. The price was hard to beat for a sectional that included free shipping - over all the internet during my research. It was very easy assembly and a completed nice look. Hope this helps! ... show more

Go the box damaged Missing instructions, and a few parts it seems I Want to return this but I have to pay to return it and I will be charged by weight of it to return this that will cost $100 This feels like a total scam and a rip off I can’t even get my money back on a product without paying $100 just to get a few dollars back. This is the first time I’ve had to pay to send anything back on Amazon. Usually it’s free returns and it also took forever to get here. Very unsatisfied seems like I’ll just throw it in the trash waste of money I could understand paying to return it if I didn’t like it, but it literally doesn’t have instructions in the box and it’s missing parts. I shouldn’t have to pay for something that’s not my fault the manufacture didn’t do correctly or at least I should get sent another one to replace the one with missing parts. ... show more

(Edited review) Wow ! I had to take this from a 5 star to a 3 star because the cushions hold water like sponges! I can't imagine an outdoor set with cushions that don't EVER dry. This is a nice little set for my rooftop. I wanted something low profile. It took me about 2 hours to put together alone. I read some reviews and bought velcro strips for the seat and add some 12x20 cushions to the pillows so they look a little fuller. The package was missing the screws and assembly ware pieces but everything else was intact. The pillow, the frames, etc. And the seller was very quick to ship me what I needed to assemble the lounger. It’s perfect for my upper deck. The neighbors below me have one that’s similar and this one is surprisingly sturdy. It’s ok……if you’re wanting something really small that is. This patio furniture is way way smaller than what I saw and assumed it would be. With both pieces together it’s still only big enough to fit one maybe two people on there but I’m worried it’s gonna collapse when it’s only me on there much less another body lol. It probably took me a total of 1.5 hours to put this together. I'm 5'7 and can lay out comfortably on the loung/ sofa combo. The quality is exactly what I paid for so there's no surprise there. With a few more accent pillows it makes for a nice seating area.
