Very comfortable chairs. The leather was very nice to the touch at arrival, but gotten even more pleasant after a few hours of using them as was described in the manual. The size is perfect for my average height family. Putting them together is also very easy with the hardest part. Make sure you measure your doorways and figure out how to carry them to the basement, as these are quite heavy and big. The only downside I’ve noticed so far - lumbar support piece is great when you sit, but since it is not moving with the position of human body when you recline, it may not be as comfortable when you lay down and often needs to be brought back to a default position. Tray tables are also nice, but hoping for an option with more adjustment points to not block the cup holder and be able to bring the tray closer and higher when I sit. Also wish the optional armrest divider was included with the loveseat, because getting it separately in non-black is lengthy and pricy. ... show more

The two-set sofa arrived in two very well packed boxes. The driver lowered the boxes to the drive and put them into the garage. Your delivery service will vary by location. The on-line instructions are very well done and the box sort of unpacks and unrolls into place. This is definitely a two adult job as each box is marked 120 pounds. The package is mostly sturdy cardboard. As evidence on how well they do the little things they wrap the nasty styrofoam in plastic wrap so the little white balls don't end up everywhere. Well done! Assembly was easy. The two halves of the sofa are aligned from and back and just slid together and a clever system has one side biting onto the other side. I put my wife on one side and I on the other and just sort of leaned together and click they locked together tightly. No wrenches, no nuts, no bolts ... just spin the little thing with the teeth around so it faces the other side of the sofa and push. The fit and finish of the leather, foam, and frame is impeccable. The sofa feels study and solid. The foam in the bottom seat cushion is a firm "sports car" like feel, there's a bit of padding on the arms, and the two pads that touch in the middle are 'sittable' they're comfortable enough. I'm 5'10" and 210 pounds and the seats were plenty big enough. Sitting in them there's plenty of room for a thick blanket wrap. Each of the three seats has smooth 'analog' adjustments through their range. As you recline the legs kick out a bit and then the back starts reclining. The head rest runs up and down smoothly without pinching. The lumbar support can make sitting long periods more enjoyable. In side each deep side pocket was a beautiful black carbon fiber accessory tray that was a perfect fit for my iPad Pro or a bucket of popcorn. The cup holders are illuminated blue as is the footwell of each seat. I'd give six stars if it was heated. This is a very high quality sofa that can be delivered right to your doorstep. I have always been leary of ordering furniture online but shopping in-store we weren’t able to find just what we wanted. We found this set of theater chairs and decided to take a chance. I’m so glad we did! They came packed so nothing possible could go wrong. It was very easy to slide both chairs together. We had to disconnect the power headrest and lumbar support cables but Valencia had tags on each cord marked so you can reconnect without guessing which one went where. The leather is beautiful and so comfortable. I like the adjustable headrest. No more neck pain. We are going to enjoy using the chairs for many years. My husband and I of 40 yrs love watching our favorite TV shows on this luxury Valencia loveseat. It's easy to cuddle and has super comforting lumbar and head adjustments, perfect for lounging. The accessories are great. We have a tv tray in the side compartment that is stored in side compartments. It's sturdy, has beautiful workmanship and design on faux leather. Love this theater sofa. So comfy and the leather is very soft. Functional, sturdy, and easy to put together. One of the control panels was having an issue so I emailed the company and they replied within 48 hours that they were sending a replacement part. Amazing service. Great purchase all around.

We wanted to purchase a replacement leather loveseat for one that wore out after a few years (we have two Schnauzers), so we wanted something durable, comfortable, stylish and practical. This recliner, the Valencia Tuscany, was all of that and more. We love all of the features that are built in - ambient lighting for the cup holders and along the floor, the charging ports for both USBs, and the accessory attachment point for wine glasses, or tablets, and various trays. This was a too cool feature that I wasnt even aware of until after it was delivered. These seats are built well, they feel solid and even have an adjustable lumbar support! I was so satisfied with the Love Seat, I ordered two more recliners to complete the set. I highly recommend Valencia for their quality and style. ... show more
