The product came on time as promised. The Seller was very kind to let me know that it would come in 5 boxes over a few days. This way I knew not to panic when i only received 3 boxes on Day 1 and the remaining 2 after 3 days. The product quality was great and easy to assemble. As the number of pieces were quite a few it took me sometime doing it all by myself. The instructions could have been better but I was able to figure it out once I arranged the pieces together. The trick here would be to assemble 1 box at a time so that you have smaller number of pieces to deal with. After Sales was great. 2 of the glass panes of the wind shield were broken when i unboxed them, could have been damaged at the time of shipping . Messaged the seller with pics and the immediately sent a replacement in less than 7 days, by getting them air-shipped all the way from China. Fantastic outdoor furniture! Great cushions, set is easy to put assemble and looks amazing on our back porch. We had trouble with one piece that wouldn't light, I contacted seller and they sent a new one right out. You cannot go wrong with this purchase. The same set sells at Wayfarer for: $1,449.00 plus tax and shipping! This set can be set up in many different ways for you liking also. LOVE IT!! Completely happy with this set. Love that i could combine the pieces for different seating options. Absolutely love the gas fire pit table. During daytime entertaining I use it for food and drinks . Assembly was fairly easy despite pieces not all being labeled. Overall I would recommend this.

The media could not be loaded. My family is growing fast and a couple chairs with a table didn't work anymore. One side of my backyard was completely empty and unusable until I decided to make this purchase. Money well spent and now plenty of seats for family and friends. (btw pillows are not included; it's my wife's personal touch) The whole set was easy to assemble with clear instructions no more than two pages per item. Although there was a part missing (didn't prevent me from setting it up) I contacted support and within a couple days I had the part in my hands to complete the set. Make sure you organize the screws and see what goes where before you start assembling as it will save tons of your time. Took me around 2-3 hours to fully assemble but wasn't going full speed. As for the quality and sturdiness, my kids jump on the chairs and the furniture seems to be handling it just fine but obviously it's not the recommended use. The fire pit connects to a propane tank (just like on a regular grill) and makes a nice atmosphere for a night drink :) Looking forward for the summer movie nights. It went together perfect, didn't have any issues putting it together, I really like the set and it looks perfect on our back deck, have not had a chance to use the fire table

    • The chair has a rip and cushion cover Velcro barely meet
One of the chairs has a defect it has a damage rip towards the back of the chair I should be compensated. Also a few of the back cushion cover the Velcro barely reaches when someone sits the Velcro pops off and the cushion doesn’t stay in place. Please either send me new covers or credit me something for both the covers and the rip on one of the chairs. Thanking you in advance ... show more

Very easy to assemble and looks great! Everything fit perfectly. Cushions got wet during a rain storm and the water did not soak them. Very well done. We will see how they hold up with time. Only issue was with shipping, all the parts do not come in one order.
