Then put it over garbage can to unload dirt. The light helps see in dark corners Even works on rugs getting hair removed. The support group helped me solve my problem in charging. I had grabbed the wrong charger to charge it and that didn't work. I didn't notice that it has the company name on charger. The support group asked for video and that showed my error Since the other charger was for another machine. I stored them in a drawer and didn't realize I had grabbed the wrong one. I have 3 cats and hardwood floors, so a regular vacuum just blows hair and debris everywhere, but this stick vac has been a life saver! Now I don’t have little tumbleweeds of fur everywhere! Customer service is amazing too. About a month after I purchased, the floor attachment stopped working so I contacted support and they immediately sent me a new attachment and kept in contact with me to make sure it arrived and worked.     • Works as advertised but Need to Frequently Remove Hair from Roller Brush

This vacuum works very well, has a powerful motor and I like the fact that it's lightweight and can stand upright without leaning it against the wall. The machine is new and I've only used it a few times. I gave it 4 starts because roller brush picked up a lot of hair (I have long hair) that became tightly wrapped around the ends of the roller brush causing the rotation of the roller brush to slow down. I found the roller brush extremely difficult to remove so I contacted customer service and (Flora) promptly got back to me and sent a video link on how to remove the brush; however, I ended up using a flat-head screw driver to pry the roller brush out of the turbo brush head. I discovered the difficulty in removing the roller brush was due to the amount of tightly wrapped hair around the brush ends. Now I realize it's necessary to frequently remove hairs so they don't accumulate around the ends of brush head which otherwise would put stress on the roller brush rotation and cause wear and tear on the motor. ... show more
