    • I wish I could keep it
The media could not be loaded. So this is probably the best value scooter on Amazon. The quality is better than expected, especially the base which is very tick high density plastic-rubber. The wheels are huge and brakes are serious and it smells like a skate shop. Very nice. It is better than a Lime scooter I think, and more maneuverable. It is much, much faster. Eco mode seems a little too slow and drive mode seems a little too fast at full throttle but you could turn cruise control on in the app which might help, and the throttle is dynamic, but you can not set an exact speed limit in the app which would be nice. I would not want to use sport mode without a helmet and pads for fear of my life. It looks bada$$, especially with the accent light bar and dark rubber accents. People have said they can not connect to the scooter easily with the app. Apparently the app in the Play Store is an old version. If you scan the QR code that comes with it you can download the latest version of the apps from their website. I had some difficulty initially getting it to connect. So what I did was connect to it as a bluetooth device with the phone menu, and then tried to connect through the app but it didn't work. So I disconnected by turning bluetooth off and on again, then with the device still saved, tried connecting through the app without being connected through the phone, and then it worked. Once it connected the first time, I never had an issue getting it to connect after that, it connected right away every single time. So if you just have the device remembered on your phone and bluetooth is on you can use the connect button in the app and it works every time no problem. You can lock and unlock the wheels from the app, turn the lights on and off, customize the light bar, and adjust the brake sensitivity. Pretty cool. Also, you need to enable zero-start in the app menu, otherwise it is push start like a Lime scooter. People said the wheels wear out and became unsafe and rated the scooter down. Use your heads, you have to periodically replace the wheels just like with skates. Don't give the scooter a bad rating because you wore out the wheels. Unfortunately, it took almost a week and a half to get this despite it saying 2-day prime shipping and when it did finally arrive UPS had really banged the hell out of it because the box was open on the top, there was a small hole in the bottom of the box, and all the styrofoam inside was broken. However the scooter was largely undamaged. There were only a couple of issues: -None of the rubber dampers which hold the cabling in place are plugged in. You are expected to do that yourself. The brake line sheathing was cut completely through from rubbing against the edge of the housing. Had the damper been plugged in before shipping this would not have been an issue. The brakes still functioned and the part which was cut is inside the housing/damper after it is plugged in so it's not a huge deal but still the sheathing is there for a reason. -The holes for the screws which fasten the handle bars to the shaft were misaligned on one side which made it difficult to assemble and impossible to get all the screws to go in flush. While overall it is an excellent scooter, what I discovered is that in my city, wherever it makes sense to scooter there are already a ton of Lime scooters. So I wish I could keep it but ultimately it is not cost-effective and it's going back. :( ... show more

Would not recommend, Started having problems within weeks. Of course they limped it through the return phase now it’s completely broke. Just turns off when riding. Junk. Do not buy

    • Good Specs With Weird Flaws
Pros: Great for taller riders. I am 6 ft and this is the first scooter at this price where the handlebars have felt comfortable. Good suspension. Cons: There is no front brake or "ebrake". Just one rear disc brake. This means you have to move your grip to brake, unlike the Hiboy which has a thumb brake. The app is hot garbage. Maybe it's just me but I cannot figure out how to turn off the rainbow light effect. The app lets me change to a solid color, but not save the setting. I have not gotten anything close to the 24.9 mile range. I weigh 225 lbs and am getting about 6 miles of range on a charge. The charger is a bulky brick with a random plug. Why oh why aren't all of these things USB c? The turn signals are pointless; such a waste. My biggest gripe: collapsing the stem. On the hiboy, the "hook" is on the stem and connects to a ring on the base. On this scooter, the ring is on the stem, which means the tension is going the wrong way. The thing just doesn't stay hooked, especially if you load it into the back of a truck. ... show more

This Scooter is beautiful, it actually exceeded my expectations because it is large and has large tires, you can hear the engine when you are running and the app allows you to regulate the force of the brakes, I like the colored LED lights.     • Unreliable and two do not work
Bought first one and never turned on, replacement stopped working on mile 2 and now has a red error code. Buy something else as these are junk.

One thing to note—the instructions for setting up the folding mechanism weren’t as clear as I hoped. Really nice scooter does the 20 mph and lighting is great. Negative points when folded and you clip it to wheel cover its pretty flimsy and undoes itself easily. And to download the app was a pain in the rear to me an hour intil it just felt like downloading. But over all the scooter runs great, handles well and battey last a good while...😀 ... show more

Long story short. Excellent product, not perfect but still excellent for the price. Good range and features but is heavy and the folding lock is not the best. Hard to connect to the app. Still I like it a lot.
