The device doesn't work. I have followed every step and it doesn't work. 1. I plug in the positive and negative terminals 2. Than the device should connect and --- should show. But in stead I get some kind of voltage reading 4.3 and it goes up and down. I have tried everything and it does not start the car. I also get some kind of a code E09..... ... show more
