Okay it’s not that important but this device is absolutely amazing and it should be included in every preparation/emergency kit. I was having trouble with my truck battery, and I order this and received it same day. It was completely dead and would not even attempt turning over. I hooked it up to this jumper kit and I was immediately able to turn on my truck and drive it to the store to buy a new battery. I am a delivery driver and I feel so relieved having this device on me just in case another battery mishap happens mid delivery lol. I love the multiple features it brings to the table in such a compact size it could almost fit in your pocket. I am going to buy a couple more of these eventually to give to my older sisters. Every battery dies and unfortunately you don’t get to choose where you are what you’re doing when it does. Imagine being a single mom, in this strange world and your battery dies(panic mode) . Today I gave myself a jump! The clamps were a little hard to squeeze but I’m sure it’s just my hands! Very easy to assemble, light weight and charged my battery in about 3 minutes. Worth every penny!!!

I would love to give this 5-stars, and I would if I were only reviewing its performance. Overall, this product does exactly what is says it will do. The quality is good, its sturdy, and the carrying pouch is just OK (Hate the pouch). However, the battery leads are too short for some applications. If you are connecting this to a battery with easy access you are golden. One of the uses I have is to occasionally jump start a 5K generator and the battery is not easily accessible. Do not misunderstand me, I can connect the cables from this unit to the generator battery terminals. But the cable is so short it is difficult to plug the cable into the jump starter. What I end up doing is first connect the cable to the battery, then get the jump starter close enough to plug the cable into it. Next comes a little balancing act, as if I do not hold it in place the cable will drop out of the jump starter. I have a few NOCO products, and they all work well. Big fan! But come on NOCO, for applications like mine the short cable is infuriating. An extra couple of inches of cable would make this jump starter perfect. I've used other brands but always find my way back to buying a NOCO product. I have a NOCO jump starter in each of my cars, and a battery charger/tender in my boat. VERY happy with their performance and ease of use. Only complaint with this model is the charging port isn't a USB-C. Seems like 95% of my other electronics use a USB-C charging port, and this item is sadly part of that 5% category. It would have been nice to be able to use the charging cable to charge the jump starter, and then in an emergency situation use the same cable to charge everything else. Price is more expensive than jumpers on Amazon but they are worth the price. Frequently, they'll pop up on sale around the holidays or deal days, that would be the best time to buy if you're not in a rush. ... show more

I have not had to use this to start my car, but I have started several friends cars with dead batteries. I have use it a couple of times to start my lawn tractor and boat at the beginning to the season and it works great for car and boat batteries as well as smaller batteries like motorcycles, and tractors. I love this! I bought just in case and ended up needing to use it. Car started on first try. My battery was completely dead and I needed to get a new one. It had no trouble jumping a bad battery. It's so easy to use and anyone can do it. My mechanic just so happened to have the exact one and he game me a step by step print out for dummies so I didn't have to look at direction. I printed it off and Have in the case I bought for it. I feel confident that if in future I need to jump my vehicle I will have no trouble doin so! works great ... show more
