It does what it says until the battery dies and then you are screwed. It just never recharged no matter what. The red LED lit up but even after 24 hours it still wasn't charged and the LED was still red. The voltage hadn't moved. And yes I tried it afterwards, no performance. Charged for another 24 hours and still no green LED and no change at all. For several weeks we used it to jump a vehicle not once but twice and also air up a tire many times but when it came to recharge it, it just won't recharge and is basically dead. It would be nice if the company actually reached out but I saw another review saying the same thing and there was no reply so I'm not expecting it. ... show more

If you’re looking for an emergency kit for your car, this is a great one. It has a lot of features for multiple scenarios. The idea that it can fill your tires with air and jump your car is peace of mind to me. It’s compact and but kind of heavy. Good news is it doesn’t move around in the truck.

I received this portable power station in March but didn't need to use it until this last week when my car battery died. The power station's battery was defective as it not only wouldn't jump my car battery but the air compressor didn't work either. Bottom line, the power station's battery was defective. I'm past the deadline for action regarding this unit but it seems unfair because you use that power station in an emergency and that timeline isn't always within a short time frame. My car was fine til now. I haven't been able to get a service representative's number or e-mail address. Amazon is no help. I'm out $171.00 and not a happy camper. Update: After contacting Zun Dian because their power station was defective and did not work, they expressed their sincere apologies and stated they would be sending me a new station. They were very courteous and true to their word. The company paid for shipping the previous unit back and within a very short time I received a new power station which works beautifully. Thank you, Zun Dian for your excellent product and customer service. In an age where good customer service is almost non-existent, I was so glad that there are still companies who appreciate their customers and stand behind their products.
