We really like this heater to help keep the garage at a workable temperature through the winter. We weren't sure if the heat would be too much, but we mounted it high up so it's perfect. It's out of the way and it definitely warms up the surrounding area nicely. It's also super easy to control with the remote. Make sure to install it close to an electrical socket so you don't have to deal with extension cords. The heater has three settings: 500Watts, 1000 Watts, and 1,500 Watts. I’ve used this in my 2 car garage and it seems to do the job. I use a proper extension and found that the plug gets warmer than I expected. Secondly, I can’t see where and how this product is cost efficient if only because of the hard winter days we’ve had.
