    • Works as advertised - using to dock an Asus Chromebook.
Works great and as described. I love the labeling of each port on the bottom of the product. I did want to note that this does not do video passthrough from USB-C Video on the source laptop to USB-C Video output from the dock to the monitor. The description did not explicitly state that this would be supported, but I was hopeful nonetheless. Not a disappointment as this was a longshot for me. The other output ports work exactly as described (we are using USB C with Video from the Laptop to dock, and video is output from the dock to the monitor with both VGA and HDMI no issues. The device is well manufactured and engineered with quality, and is a great solution to give my daughter a dock for her Chromebook to be used with charging, a monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, and USB Camera for online classwork ... show more

Using this on a Dell XPS 9500. Works well and no issues with two monitors. I haven't tried three. Cons: - Cannot deliver 130W. My laptop complains of a low power charger if I try plug the power through this device. Not a deal breaker, I simply plug the power directly. Small small concern: - Had is issue with my wireless mouse being jumpy sometimes when plugged in through this device. Works well if plugged in directly so not sure if its the mouse or this device. I tried to connect a VGA through the VGA port and a DVI using an adapter to connect to the display port. It did not work. I had to switch it to a VGA with an adapter to get it to work. I also tried to connect a wireless keyboard/mouse through a USB port. Only the keyboard worked. I also tried to hook up headphones with a microphone through the headphone jack. Work gave me a MacBook Pro to use, which only comes with 4 usb-c ports nothing else. This hub is great for working from home since I can easily connect my monitor, ethernet cord, charger, and external keyboard and mouse all to this one hub. If I need to leave my desk, I unplug just this one hub and that's it. When I come back, all I have to do is plug back in one thing. All ports function as expected, and had I tried buying a similar device from Apple I'm sure it would have cost double the price. ... show more

This thing was great, until all of the USB ports stopped working. I had it for six months before the issue occurred. Spend the money and buy something reliable.

I use this as a docking setup for my laptop. I have a second monitor, a wireless mouse, webcam, and headphones plugged into this hub every day, and have never had any issues or surprises from it. With extended use it gets warm to the touch, but I have never noticed any discrepancies in performance. I would 100% buy this again if I needed another large hub again. ... show more
