Description

The minimum depth required to mount blind is 1 1/2 inch. The minimum depth required for flush-mounting is 3 inch. Our blinds are crafted with high quality components including high profile steel head rail and quality PVC foam slats. Our blinds resist heat and humidity, and are great for all indoor areas including the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. Installation instructions, a 3 1/4" decorative valance, valance clips, a tilt wand mounting brackets, and screws are included. Valance returns or ending corner valances are NOT included. Mounting screws provided are best for drywall or sheetrock only. They are not for concrete or metal surfaces.

    • Be Prepared to Receive No Assistance from the Manufacturer
I ordered this using Amazon Prime and received it within the standard 2-day shipping. The packaging was beat up but was willing to overlook it as long as the blinds would be ok. When I opened up the package, I discovered that the mounting brackets were missing. I immediately called the manufacturer (phone number listed as part of product support on the listing) and left a message saying that I wanted to find out how I could get the brackets. I also sent an email via the manufacturer's website which resulted in an error message indicating that no emails are being received. After a week of 3 phone calls, email, and no response, I ordered mounting brackets from Amazon so that I would be able to install the blinds. Thankfully, I've installed blinds several times throughout my home so I didn't need additional assistance on that end. After I received the brackets, I was able to install the blinds and they're hanging in my dining room right now. The blinds, themselves, look great (sorry, camera on my phone wasn't working so couldn't upload a pic) but I can imagine that if someone wasn't that resourceful, they wouldn't have known to order generic mounting brackets (or any other potentially missing part) so that they could install the blinds. The manufacturer was no help in this instance. 5 stars for the blinds, 1 star for the manufacturer's customer service, so 3 stars all around. ... show more

I did a 4/5 stars for install because it didn’t some with instructions, but rather than that it’s a very nice looking and durable blinds. Definitely worth the money.

The first purchased was dented so I returned it and requested a replacement. The replacement was hard to pull down.
