Okay so first off, the instruction manual is terrible. So I highly recommend watching the youtube videos on the QR code found on the manual. It shows things it doesnt tell you for installation, and will help you setup a proper max upper height and max lower height. The videos saved me after pulling down to check how it will sit, and then found out I needed to program it in order to have it work properly. I got the outer version as it looks nice, and my specific window would not look nice if I went with an inner version. The remote is beautiful and I love that it comes with a wall mount, so you can put it where ever you'd like and or most need to use the remote. It has dramatically helped cool down my room, and it compliments my rooms theme and color pallet perfectly. It was a lot easier to setup than I initially thought, and I highly recommend this if you are trying to make your room feel more mature and stay within a minimal appeal. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These were easier to put up than regular blinds. These are the darkening shades so they have texture on the material that looks high end, not just your plain white plastic shade. It only took a couple of weeks to arrive, and they were packaged well. I received with no damage. They have videos on line on how to program but the instructions included were easy to follow, so I didn’t need the videos. These blinds are by far the best price I found and you can save so much money installing them yourself.     • Great wireless power blinds integrated with Alexa using Broadlink RM4 Hub

The media could not be loaded. We bought 3 of these for our Theater for blackout use and they work great. Great Custom made wireless powered blinds. We integrated them with Alexa using the Broadlink RM4 pro Smart IR/RF Remote Control Hub. First you install the blinds and then use the remote that came with them to set them up with upper and lower limits and also program them all to work together on one number on the remote. Make sure to turn off all the blinds with the little on/off switch (by the charging port) first and then only turn on one at a time to set the upper and lower limits as per the directions. The directions that come with the blinds are great and walks you thru it all. With one blind I ordered the remote that does 6 blinds and the other two blinds I just got the free remote that does 2 blinds (not using those). With the remote that does 6 blinds I programmed one blind at a time to the numbers 1, 2 and 3 (again turning off the others) and setting the upper and lower limits. Then turn turn them all on and follow the directions to set all to respond to number 4. Then after setting up the Broadlink RM4 pro Smart IR/RF Remote Control Hub, you use the App on your phone to tell it you want to add a Powered Blind. It will not have your brand and you can select Learn the Remote. Then you follow the directions to teach the Broadlink app the group number up and down buttons on your Blind remote control. It worked great first time. Then you can also tell the Broadlink app you want to integrate with Alexa and it helps add the Alexa Skill needed to your Alexa. It all went smoothly if you just read the directions that come with the Blinds and their remote and the Broadlink directions. The company that sells these blinds has great customer service. One of the 3 blinds (the large one) initially had a couple creases on the front of the valance panel. I contacted them thru Amazon (under my order info) and reported it to them. They just wanted a picture, which was easy, and they sent me a replacement valance and provided a video link on how to move the motor from the current one to the replacement roll with valance. Done, and looks fantastic as you can see in the video. We will probably buy more of these from them and I will definitely tell everyone about them. The blinds are battery operated, rechargeable, and the company provides very long USB power cords with the USB wall block for each blind. The USB cables are about 10ft long, so easy to reach a power outlet nearby. Of course, you could always temporarily run an extension cord just for the charging if needed. Easy to installing works great. Only downside is depending on installation and the tolerances of your windows the gap at the bottom may be different sizes. They also have great customer service I've ordered about 11 so far. 3 came damaged. 1 was beyond usable and they sent a replacement for that one. If you order alot at once it will most likely get damaged during shipping. Best bet is to piecemeal it and get 7% off each item. ... show more

Bought these so my neighbors across the lake couldnt see into our sun room at night. It was hard for my wife to pull down the shades with the couches in front of the 4 windows. The remote control blinds work terrific. They are easy to program, and have worked flawlessly since I installed them. they come with a charger and a 6' USB-C cable per blind. I charged them before installing, and have been using for almost 2 months, and havent had to charge. literature says 3 months..so.I may charge them soon. Measuring is easy, just follow the instructions when ordering. If ordering the multi-channel remote, order 1 blind with the multi-channel remote, then order the remainder with no remote, or the standard remote. I ordered 4 blinds and the multi-channel remote. I ended up getting 4 blinds, and 4 multi-channel remotes. Overall, very happy with the purchase. Wife is very happy, and as they say "Happy Wife, Happy Life".. at least for a couple days...LOL. ... show more

We ordered 5 remote controlled motorized roller shades. They are beautiful and of a durable, wipe clean material. One of the motors was defective or damaged in transit and did not function properly. ZStarr customer service is TOP NOTCH. I sent a brief explanation of the issue and asked how to return/replace. They immediately replied stating a replacement was on the way. I didn't even check on my request for 3 days, so the replacement arrived two days after I checked. This company is fast, good value, quality, easy to install and clear programming instructions.--just everything about them is fantastic. You will not regret working with them.
