Top Amazon Reviews

  • Great product, happy with purchase, will address some issues from other reviews.
Color: White
This is my first diffuser and I am very happy with it. In fact, I like it so much I bought a second one from this company. This is my personal honest opinion and I get a little frustrated seeing so many reviews on amazon from people who have received free or discounted products in exchange for reviews. I am interested in people like me who have spent their money and bought a product who want to give a review. First, the only issue I have had with this diffuser is that it is difficult to twist on and off when filling. Difficult, not impossible. If you get the hang of it you will figure out how it should go and it will be a little easier. It locks so that the oil doesn't spill, so you can't just twist it on and off like a water bottle cap. Secondly, I have used both high grade pure essential oils and those with lesser grade and the scents and fragrances can fill several rooms, especially the more potent ones. I have never had a problem with being able to smell the oils. Some will call for more drops than others but that is based on the fragrance of the oil. For example, I use more drops of lemon oil than lavender because the lavender has a really strong potent smell. If I put too much in I will have to turn it off more frequently because it's just too strong. Also, the diffuser has two settings. If you press the "on" button once the diffuser will run for about 30 seconds, shut off and then automatically turn back on. It will continue to do this on this setting. I don't want to assume this is what is happening with those who say it "stopped working" but it is possible. If you press that same button twice instead of once, the diffuser will run consistently until it runs out of water. I use both settings depending on how much fragrance I want or how long I want the water to last. The mist from my diffuser works perfectly fine. The other button is strictly for the lights. Sometimes I use them sometimes I don't. You can have the lights off and use just the diffuser. The "on" light stays on consistently. It is just a small red or green button depending on the mist setting so if you need complete darkness to sleep it may be a problem. I am very happy with the purchase. It does the job efficiently and is reasonably priced. The ones from the essential oil companies are twice to three times as much. I have one diffuser for the main area in the house and now a second one for the bedroom. I also think it could be used as a humidifier even without the oil. Glad I bought this. ... show more

  • Exceptional
Color: White
I also have this same machine 3rd generation. It's been running 7 nights a week from 8pm until 4:14am since January 1, 2016. Its never ever had a single night off. Its still running without a single issue. But you're not reading this to hear about that, you're here to know about this model. Super easy to set up, please read the instructions! No tap water! Don't over use the oils, you'll just find that you're wasting money and probably making an unnecessary mess to clean up later. We've tried different amounts in the previous model and honestly there isn't a huge difference in the fragrance output. At least in my opinion. Setting up this new machine only took me 5 minutes. But, I'm a little slow....playing with all the pretty lights and the different mist levels was also fun....I meant necessary! I like to know this so when I want to adjust it in the dark it's easy. Oh, don't forget your aroma therapy oils! You can obviously use one oil fragrance or mix and match several, whatever you choose. This machine I've found just in the first 10 days of use so far seems incredibly efficient. In fact I like it more than the other model. I've no idea why, but it seems to put out more fragrance with the same amount of oil. Huge savings there. There has been absolutely no leakage anywhere, not a single drop. Also the top screws/pops on and off much easier. Great as you don't get splattered when the top finally releases and you've been pulling like crazy so of course you're going to get splashed most likely. As aromatherapy oils can be quite difficult to get out of your clothing and dry cleaning isn't cheap, this model is saving you money hands down. One more point to consider, you also can run this without aromatherapy oils. It puts out some incredible personable space steam if you set it that way. I set it up next to my "small room" humidifier on my night stand. Both set on the highest mist/steam that I could get out of them. Honestly, they really were so close in the mist output that I was very pleasantly surprised. I've no idea if this company advertises this as a "Personal Humidifier " or not. But, it's my review so I suppose I can call it that if I want to? People that don't like it can "Boo me" with one of those Not Helpful clicks at the end I suppose. But please don't, that would make for a really, really lousy day for me. In closing, yes, you've been waiting for this very patiently I presume. This is hands down a great buy. It's manufacturer has a wonderful reputation so hopefully that helps. I feel it's like 2 machines in one. Runs extremely quietly, just a whisper of the steam mist as it rises out. Very easy and fast cleanup (you need to clean your machine per directions to keep it running at 100%). Great choice of colors to choose from to set just the right ambiance of your choice. Or if you'd rather....nice colors to choose from for that perfect night light so you don't trip during the night on your way to the bathroom or the fridge or to make sure you can see if there are any monsters hiding under the bed, in the closet..... ... show more

  • Super cute diffuser!
Color: White
Update: after a couple days of using this I noticed that the lid is getting very difficult to remove for some reason. It’s frustrating since I have a health condition that affects my hands. :/ I’m not sure what to do, may need to return. I absolutely love this! It’s such a great little diffuser for the price. It works perfectly for a small area (I keep it by my bedside). If you fill it up, it lasts for many hours, even on the constant mist setting. It’s super easy to use and is very cute. I do wish there was pink light but the purple is super pretty. I like that there’s spectrum of colors. My only real criticism is that it’s a little difficult to take the top off, especially if there’s still water inside and you’re worried about spilling. The whole unit is very smooth and so it can be difficult to get a grip on it to twist the top off. I have a health condition that makes my hands stiff and it can be difficult to grasp things, especially since I often have lotion on my hands when I’m using it (my chemo meds dry out my skin so I put on lotion after, and I am usually using the diffuser after chemo to help with the nausea and headaches). But it’s not that big of a deal and I’m sure I’ll figure out the best/easiest way to open it. Overall, I’d definitely consider it a 5 star product. The price is reasonable for the quality and it works as described! Quite happy and definitely recommend it to others who was a small desktop or bedside diffuser. ... show more
