    • Works well! My house smells great!
I bought this oil diffuser about 2 weeks ago. I have about a 1200 square foot house. I received the scent White tea. It smells great, like a clean scent! At first I used it like a regular diffuser in my living room and it smelled great, but it seemed that I could only smell it in the living room area. I hooked it up to my HVAC system on the recommended settings, 150 seconds on and 120 seconds off. I wasn’t smelling anything at all throughout the house. So, I emailed the company and asked them what is the max settings that I can have it on and off. They said that I can put it on max at 460 seconds (which is 8 min on) and 60 seconds (1 min off), but most folks have it set on 300 seconds on (5 min) and 60 seconds (1 min) off. I also asked how long the oil would last and they said about 2 weeks on the max setting. So, I set it on 300 seconds on and 60 seconds off. I have it set to come on at 9am and turns off at 8pm. So far, I can smell it in my smaller rooms like the bathrooms and it smells great! I can’t really smell it too much in the living room area- kitchen- since this is like a big room with no walls separating the areas, it is open. It was easy to program, well, I thought it was, since I was Active Duty Military…I am used to the Military time. My mom was thinking about getting this device, but she didn”t because she did not like the fact that you have to set the time to military time. Overall, I thought it is a pretty great oil diffuser! I was going to purchase the Aroma 360 diffuser and well, when you google their prices…..wow, expensive! So, I would say this oil diffuser works great! I am happy with it! It is now Sept. 3rd. I turned my A/C off due to the cooler temps/lower humidity/dew point. I do not have my HVAC fan running or A/C unit. I was going to disconnect the Diffuser to use manually in my living room, but I don’t have too! I can smell the White Tea scent in my living room area/kitchen area without anything running. I can’t really smell it upstairs, but there is no need to disconnect it & use it manually since I can smell it in my living room and kitchen areas! ... show more

    • Awesome machine so far, fast customer service
First time when I ordered it, they didn’t send me the sample aroma oil included. How can I test the machine without an aroma oil? By the time I dropped it off to return it, I already received a replacement set with the oil included. And oh man, I’m obsessed over this machine!! My entire 3-floor, 4-bedroom house smells amazingly now. I immediately ordered an additional oil because I’m keeping this thing for sure. I haven’t programmed it yet because programming on its teeny tiny screen appears irritatingly complicated. But the device is working great, so I’ll have to eventually endure the programming process. You kidding, my entire first floor used to smell like my elderly French bulldog whose rear end gases clear out the room, and he’s semi-incontinent as well and has accidents all the time. Now, I can’t wait for someone to come over and compliment how my house smells :) my office is on the first floor surrounded by these stinks lol and I hate stinky smells. Hey, I’m actually in a better mood for a couple days now since it smells better lol I’ll update the review later in case I notice any issues. I’ll probably experiment with third-party oils eventually in the future to save money. But for now, everything is awesome as is. ... show more

    • A diffuser that finally works!
I've ordered four waterless diffusers (different brands) that I've had to return. They could not diffuse scent after 1 week. But this diffuser has been going strong for a month. I felt it was worthy of a decent review. We can no longer smell the oil when we walk into the home because we have become used to it. However, I know it's working because our company raves about how well our home smells. I've had many people ask me for my secret to this wonderful smelling home. We use the hotel line Westin scent and it is absolutely lovely. The diffuser has lots of settings to tailor your scent level. We seem to be using about 4 oz per month, which depending on your brand, can be a bit costly. We placed our diffuser high up in the house in a central location, which really seems to pump the scent through our entire home. We have a 1500 square foot home and every room has the scent diffused through it. It definitely covers a large area. Obviously, I cannot attest to a larger home but it will cover 1500 square feet without any problem. I would highly recommend this waterless diffuser. I think I've tried pretty much every larger waterless diffuser on Amazon and they are terrible, so just buy this one. ... show more
