The first unit that was delivered to me would power on but the screen stayed blank. They sent out another one pretty quickly. My husband hooked it up the the hvac and even in the medium setting listed, it was very potent and strong. It worked so well that I had to turn it down a bit. My house is 1800sq ft and this is designed for 2000.i absolutely believe this unit could work even for a larger space than 2000.... and I love the scents ... show more

Update: Figured out the controls and this thing is 1000% better than the Aroma360 unit that broke after a couple months. The scent reaches all 3 floors and despite the initial complexity of the controls, once I started setting it, it does an amazing job. I love how you can set each day, time and intensity for each. I got this to make the house smell lovely. Well, while it says 2,000 Sq ft, it doesn't seem to do even half of that. It works fine and the scents are nice. It's easy to navigate the settings too. I'd like an extra bottle to use for alcohol cleaning tho. I would recommend this product as it does work well. I would buy it again too. Any "negative " commentary was meant only to express honesty and not to knock it's quality. ... show more

We got talked into purchasing an Aroma360 from a store by a slick salesperson. We ended up loving it but returned it due to the high cost and the cost of the subscription. We wanted the same features but for less. We tried this one along with another one from Amazon. This is the best!! It works well, the scent goes throughout our open concept two story house and is quiet! The only down side is setting up the time and times of day you want the scents to run. You have to be quick with your button pushing and the buttons are pretty small to work. Other wise great! It came with Santa scent which is just like My Way from Aroma360 or the hotel collection. People walk into our house and think it smells like a high end hotel. ... show more

what a delight! Very powerful but subtle little gadget that keeps my hole smelling AMAZING! I’m not sure if it covers 2,000 sq ft but mine is around 1,000 and works perfect!
