Still works great longevity, works great no issues at all. Calming, noise level is close to none or none at all durability. Im giving this a 4 star because of the app. I deleted the app and also removed it in the app and it took me 2 months to find a video to shiw me how to get it back in the app and I work tech support and im extremely tech shabby. I would give it a 3 but the product itself is remarkable. They need to find a new app or simplify the scenario i mentioned ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Easy to connect to alexa. Add some water and oils. And good to go. Maintain the water levels. Love the different colors. Quality is great. Not as quiet at first. You can hear the fan. But after a few minutes. It eventually goes quiet.

I think this may be my first two star review ever. Ok.. I had very high hopes for this diffuser. I actually bought another diffuser first, returned it just so I can get this one with the wifi capability. The Diffuser arrived Sunday and I was excited,. It's a little smaller than I expected. but I was still happy to receive it UNTIL...... I tried to connect it to my wifi so I could control with my Google Home. IT WAS A MESS!! 1st, you CANNOT connect to a Dual Band Router. For some reason it HAS to be 2.4GHZ.. The app won't even let you get passed the registering part unless it recognizes a 2.4GHZ signal. So after spending 45 mins or so learning about routers and ghz transmissions I learned that you can access the 2.4 GHZ portion of my router. Cool. I was able to set up another name for the router and password. So an hour or so in I try to connect. Still a no go. I THEN uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still doesn't work. I unplugged router and modem for 5 mins, retried - NOTHING. I get online and visited Youtube, watched all the videos, read all of Amazon reviews, visited Reddit pages. Tried again - NO go. After 4-5 hours of trying I just gave up. I decided to e-mail the seller hoping this would help. I informed them I watched every Youtube video and tried numerous things to get this thing connected to my wifi. They sent a response back with a YouTube link. I was DONE.. I'm not happy with this item.. the diffuser works but not being able to connect to the wifi makes this useless. I could've kept the original diffuser I ordered. NOT PLEASED. **REVISED** OK.. I decided to give it another try yesterday. This time take my time and walk thru each step super careful and after 3-4 additional times I finally was able to link this difffuser to my phone / Wifi and Google Home. FINALLY!!! I upped my ratings to 3 stars.. This has to be the most difficult pairing I've ever encountered from any gadget. I recently purchased Philips Hue Play Lights and bulb lights and it was NO WHERE this difficult. 3-4 clicks on my phone and I was good. This should not have taken this long. But now they're up and running I'm a happy camper. I can voice control on/off and the colors. ... show more

I went through no less than three diffusers prior to finally getting this one...I'm hopeful this review might save those looking to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy the pitfalls. Nebulizers are more expensive, but possibly better achieving benefits, might want to look there to start. I like the humidifier aspect of these for now, works great for me. Turns out at least 80% of the essential oil diffuser/small humidifier market at the common price point of around 30 dollars...is garbage. Tiny little hard to read function buttons on the side, small reservoirs that leak into these buttons causing them to fail, delicate yet pretty (sort of garish) glass or thin cheap plastic covers that make filling an overly delicate or annoying procedure, little plastic remote controls that randomly beep/respond to your TV or other media/appliance remote commands, questionable moisture and condensation isolation from electronics that may result in a short circuit, the list goes on. It's pathetic bridging on manufacturer scam really. Previous units to this one either failed entirely or partially within 4-6 months due to cheap, lazy, thoughtless mass production. Skip to something good, just start with this one! It's thoughtfully well designed and has everything you'll likely ever need from this type of product, here's the details to support that... The Goods: >Wifi all good, up in a minute or three with free TUYA app (generic appliance platform app that does a ton of different device controls, look for "Small Humidifier BLE" device in the list, thumbnail looks like this diffuser), log in, enter wifi password info, good to go. Once you've done this for appliances, it's all the same. >Confirmed Google assistant syncs (although I rarely use this for appliance control, don't need to chat with this stuff, prefer the apps). >Functionally great, effortless lift on/off cover, large flat reservoir makes it easy to fill, measure oil, and clean (you need to clean them periodically, they clog and work poorly if you don't, nature of water added diffuser technology, a bit of isopropyl alcohol tends to make short work of this). >Simple physical design with large buttons. Robust plastic looks to last many years and survive those woops over tile floor moments (unlike pretty glass light shows), but they are way less likely to happen with this unit. >App has scheduling for light and mist/strength individually (surprised by this dual functionality actually), with an easy to grasp graphical interface. >Lighting is discrete but visible for status, not only in LED band around the base, also lights up where mist is emitted. The Neutrals: I've found (and read in other reviews) the unit forgets settings when it shuts down (basically when it runs dry). The color defaults to rainbow scrolling with weak mist setting at manual power on. However, no big deal for me, it's easy enough to set it up quickly with the app for manual use. The work around is committing to the scheduler, it remembers all settings every time it comes on automatically...just have to remember to fill it each day you have it scheduled. ... show more
