Still works great longevity, works great no issues at all. Calming, noise level is close to none or none at all durability. Im giving this a 4 star because of the app. I deleted the app and also removed it in the app and it took me 2 months to find a video to shiw me how to get it back in the app and I work tech support and im extremely tech shabby. I would give it a 3 but the product itself is remarkable. They need to find a new app or simplify the scenario i mentioned ... show more

I think this may be my first two star review ever. Ok.. I had very high hopes for this diffuser. I actually bought another diffuser first, returned it just so I can get this one with the wifi capability. The Diffuser arrived Sunday and I was excited,. It's a little smaller than I expected. but I was still happy to receive it UNTIL...... I tried to connect it to my wifi so I could control with my Google Home. IT WAS A MESS!! 1st, you CANNOT connect to a Dual Band Router. For some reason it HAS to be 2.4GHZ.. The app won't even let you get passed the registering part unless it recognizes a 2.4GHZ signal. So after spending 45 mins or so learning about routers and ghz transmissions I learned that you can access the 2.4 GHZ portion of my router. Cool. I was able to set up another name for the router and password. So an hour or so in I try to connect. Still a no go. I THEN uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still doesn't work. I unplugged router and modem for 5 mins, retried - NOTHING. I get online and visited Youtube, watched all the videos, read all of Amazon reviews, visited Reddit pages. Tried again - NO go. After 4-5 hours of trying I just gave up. I decided to e-mail the seller hoping this would help. I informed them I watched every Youtube video and tried numerous things to get this thing connected to my wifi. They sent a response back with a YouTube link. I was DONE.. I'm not happy with this item.. the diffuser works but not being able to connect to the wifi makes this useless. I could've kept the original diffuser I ordered. NOT PLEASED. **REVISED** OK.. I decided to give it another try yesterday. This time take my time and walk thru each step super careful and after 3-4 additional times I finally was able to link this difffuser to my phone / Wifi and Google Home. FINALLY!!! I upped my ratings to 3 stars.. This has to be the most difficult pairing I've ever encountered from any gadget. I recently purchased Philips Hue Play Lights and bulb lights and it was NO WHERE this difficult. 3-4 clicks on my phone and I was good. This should not have taken this long. I was skeptical because one of the issues was connectivity which was the reason I got it. First setting it took less than 5 mins for me. But I can see why it can be an issue. I have a separate wifi for IoT devices running on 2.4GHz which made the setup a breeze. To make the work, log into your router and make sure you have 2.4GHz turned on, different router. Download the smart life app. Once you turn on the device, it will be flashing, click add on the app, + button and it will detect the the device, takes about 60 seconds. In the app click on "me" you will see Alexa, Google etc, click on the one relevant to your smarthome and select link and that's it. ... show more
