This is a nice sheet spray. Not overpowering but has a lasting scent. I do fall asleep faster when I use this, perhaps it's the essential oils and melatonin. Does not leave a film. I use this as a room spray as well.

Okay I’m a great sleeper and my fiancé is not so I have an honest review for you. If you like the smell of lavender and chamomile then you will LOVE the scent. I spray it on my pillow and on my wrists before bed. That being said, I do not think this helped me or my fiancé sleep at all but the smell made us feel so relaxed that it was comforting to fall asleep. I have it three stars because it helps you relax and smells good to get into “sleep mode” but I do not believe it helped us sleep better or worse. ... show more
