Some people claim the gpu still sags after install but proper negative (upwards) tention is required to keep the card level under its weight. However the 3000 and 4000 series cards are longer and heavier then my 2070. So i don't know if it works the same but mine fictions as intended and looks nice and feels firm. I do wish the tenstion screw on the bar, for the insulation pad, had a bit more tighten capability like with an actual flat head screw driver or alan wrench keyhole would be better. Color is great. Zero complaints as of yet. And i bought 2 of them. The logo was different from in the pictures and different from white to black too. That could be new version or new logo but it is the hold up brand. ... show more

**UPDATE** upHere fully refunded me. I will purchase from them again in the future knowing that they care about their customers. Maybe I got the unlucky straw and bought a defective one, but I dont want to take the chance of getting a replacement on this product to get another defect. RGB lights stopped working after four months. Can't return or replace it anymore cause pass the return date. At least the quality of the product is sturdy. It held my 3080 up. ... show more
