  • If there is ever a must have accessory this is it.
I cannot understate this enough but this has been a huge game changer in terms of how I navigate my work space. This not only has Bluetooth connection but a 2.4 ghz connection with included dongle. The instructions are extremely clear and I highly suggest you skim through at least because this can be used to navigate all the functions you need it to on your computer, laptop, tablet, etc. Being able to use that touchpad to function as your mousepad is what makes this work so incredibly well. The gestures work no problem and you can copy and paste no problem as well. I have it paired to my Ipad and it is easy to use with IOS and then I have the 2.4ghz dongle in my PC and I can easily switch from my IOS device to my Windows device seamlessly with no lost of function and this thing is intuitive to use. My really only gripe with it is the touchpad doesn't light up or have a light around it so it's a bit hard to see in the dark but really since you're using it as a mouse you're not going to be looking at the touchpad much but besides that I have very little to complain about it. I attached a photo of it lit up and it only has the one brightness setting but it will turn off when the keyboard isn't being used and it has an auto sleep function after 3 minutes and clicking a button turns it back on but I suggest getting in the habit to turn it off when you expect to not use it so you can preserve the battery but this thing has a lot of functions built in that are really practical like blue led lights up for Bluetooth and Green for the 2.4ghz so you know which mode you're in. I think at the price you can get this for if you're in need for a Stocking stuffer gift or just the tech person in your life or even a white elephant gift this is a great purchase cause it is extremely practical and is rechargeable so you don't need to worry about batteries and it's all in a very portable package. ... show more

  • Model Rii (one with the red bumper buttons)
Review for the Rii model the one with the red bumper buttons which function as the left and right mouse clicks. Great little keyboard which I have tested on Windows 10 using Bluetooth and the dongle. The scroll wheel works really well and 4 notches of scrolling on the keyboard which is smooth and soft will give you the same results of one press of the page down button on your keyboard. While one notch down on the scroll wheel is the same thing as two presses down using the down arrow key on a standard keyboard. I prefer the scroll wheel for scrolling down over using the touchpad with 2 fingers although this method can also be used. The scroll wheel also functions as a middle click if you press it down. Using two fingers to scroll on any of the small touchpads I have found does not to work very well when scrolling down a long page of info (tends to stop and I have small fingers). This model does have a removable rechargeable BL-5B battery which is on the label; but in addition the BL-5B identification is actually engraved into the plastic below the battery which is a nice touch should you ever loose the original. A quick internet search shows it is a Nokia battery so you could in theory down the road buy a replacement. The only thing I wish it had was dedicated multi media buttons like pause, skip forward, backward although it does have volume buttons with mute and built in arrow keys which work like the arrow keys on a standard keyboard. The manual says it has multi media buttons but just having volume to me does not qualify as "multi media". I suppose there are no media buttons mainly because of the size of the keyboard (limited real-estate). It's too bad they couldn't have used the circle with the arrows to also double as the media keys (with a toggle on the keyboard). The thing I like the most about this keyboard is the scroll wheel which is much easier to use over using 2 fingers on the touch pad. Setting up using Bluetooth and Windows 10 was a breeze as well as using the dongle. The power indicator is green when using the dongle and blue when using Bluetooth. The product pictures do not show it but the dongle stores inside next to the battery. There is a cap locks indicator as well as a charging light and in order to charge you can use the included micro USB cable or one you have already. Overall I would recommend this if you want a small additional keyboard that makes it easier to scroll because of the included wheel. ... show more

  • Almost perfect. Have to type fairly slow, otherwise drops key inputs.
I use this as a travel KBM for my Steam Deck. The versatility of the Bluetooth connection + 2.4 GHz receiver is actually so convenient, and swapping between Bluetooth and receiver mode is super easy. It recharges via microUSB, which is super convenient. The touchpad is intuitive, with tap to click or you can use the red bumper buttons for left and right click, if you'd like. My major gripe is that I have to type really slowly. The fastest you can probably type is about two characters per second, but as a millenial who grew up with computers and types super fast, I often have to remind myself to click... click... click... the keys so that they don't drop random letters. You more or less have to make sure only one key is pressed at a time, so you have to press the key and release it before you can press the next. For most people, this may not be an issue, but if you're a quick typer you will probably notice a lot of dropped characters at first. Other than that, the keyboard is well made, so I don't have concerns about it wearing out. I like that it includes the modifier keys, because this is so helpful. Holding shift is a little awkward sometimes because it only appears on one side, so one-handed typing is pretty much not a thing with this. Overall, I love it. I just wish I could type at my more natural speed. ... show more
