  • Pros and cons...let's get into it...
Ok first right off the bat I purchased mine used at a significantly lower cost, that for me is a bigger deal than one might think, but just go look at the cost of this new... Ya...that's a but rediculus, but consider this is a very niech target market, there may be around 12 of us worldwide who actually want this exact product...that doth not a profitable commodity make. But ya it's way overpriced considering it is legitimately a low resolution screen with a basic lvds driver and a usb keyboard, each should cost maybe $75 tops if top tear quality... BUT that being sead, it's a solidly nice screen, just a wierd aspect ratio, it is truly 1920 in the horizontal, and who tf remember the wierd vertical spec...lol(but this specifically for me is one primary factor for my choice to buy, I'll get into that) Ok the keyboard, ya it's gateron blues, for me that's unfortunate, but again I purchased this used so the previous buyer I'm assuming is the one who made this choice, I'm not salty about it, there still solid switches...lol...pun intended I'm going to swap the majority of them to browns becase that is my preference...period Otherwise the keyboard is present...the lacking labels was shockingly annoying at first...I had no idea wich of these 71 keys was function keys, for things like f1-f12 or anything else, but I logical determined that it's probably a key combo function with...idk, the function key, perhaps...lol...ya that's it f1 is fn+1 and f12 is fn+ +/=, so ya kinda self explanatory...ALL the other hidden functions would requisite enumeration of the manual, ie RTFM bro...lol...no but seriously a key cap revision is clearly needed here and for the price we are paying for this niche thing we should at least qualify for a free keycap revision provided by the manufature who is making an absolute killing on this basic keyboard and screen combo... Ok let's move on The touchscreen...ya it's a touchscreen, it works its capacitive muilti touch, ya it's good The I/O...I mean oh no, what if this one usb c connection duz what every small usb connection duz over a small amout of time, and fails...ya this device is ewaist when that happens...period I don't realy need to say more here I wanted this for specific reason and I was fully cognizant of the FACT that this is overkill for the usecase of having 2 terminals open via tmux on a linux ultra small formfactor mini pc...that's it that's why I wanted this, to have a convenient single kind of kvm console for working on my servers while vegging around casually doing other things like enjoying my limited time off from my cognitively unrewarding day job... Ya it has more than satisfied my needs and I possess the requisite skills to be able to repair the inevitable usb c breakage of my future so I'm stoked about me having this product... BUT I do NOT recommend this to the masses not with all its current limitations and NOT at its current msrp That being sead the person who wants this as long as you read the press materials and are fully aware of the limitations and you for some inexplicable reason think this is a self contained computer like some of these ""geniuses"" who have also reviewed this...that's you? Ya ok you will probebly come to the same conclusions I have and will perhaps enjoy this wierd thing...may it will be cheaper and maybe the keycaps will be revised...who knows ... show more

  • What a waste. Beyond disappointed
I purchased it last August and it just decided to clunk out. I left it on for a few minutes connected to my computer. I felt a spark after rubbing my jacket and now I have no display. It still types but I can get a ordinary keyboard to do that. I paid $400 for a keyboard that would clunk out from the slightest touch. That is insane. For $400 it shouldn’t do anything but do what it’s supposed to do. I’m trying to reset it. Can’t find the menu button. You would think they would have a support line or customer service for times like this. Nothing. Don’t purchase this item . With the slightest spark it will clunk out and be stuck on power saving mode. ... show more

  • All good, but you can tell it is off-brand.
Pros: 1. It gives an extra display screen, that doesn't take a lot of PC resources. 2. The touch screen works great too. 3. clicky gateron blue switches that are loud and satisfying for gaming. Cons: 1. keyboard layout - make sure before you buy that you will be okay without the `~ keys and f1 ~ f12 keys. I ended up needing them sometimes and the keyboard doesn't have them. 2. Quality of the material itself is far from good. The housing around the usb-c port is not sturdy and the port wiggles around easily, which disconnects the cable. Plus the cable is not really stable at its job either, the keyboard would get disconnected once or twice a day for 5~10 seconds. It's not really too big of a deal, normally happens when I try to pull the keyboard out towards me from under the monitor. Definitely would be more annoying if it happened during a game though. 3. for keyboard nerds - the housing is very hollow and typing will make a loud noise, so you have to find a way to fill it in. 4. The screen on top is maybe 10 degrees up from the table, almost flat. you're at an awkward viewing angle at all times. I didn't mind it though, I used it mainly to leave spotify or youtube playlist running on that screen. 5. because of the screen height (515 pixels), some applications can't even fit even in windowed mode. It is too wide sideways so I was hoping to put two windows side to side but the size was too small usually once I did that Overall, I would recommend it if you are okay with the keyboard layout, it is still a really cool concept of keyboard that works as intended, just slightly disappointing in quality. I may try it again in a few years when other brands try it out with better quality assurance ... show more

  • A fancy one!
I had a high expectation about this fancy product, it doesn’t let me down. I’ve been using this product for about a month. I’m here to share something from my own using experience. 1. The setup is super easy, it doesn’t require any driver installation to power it up. I just connect it to my laptop with one usb cable. 2. I used it on my Macbook Pro. I just looked up the user manual to adjust resolution and touchscreen function, the touchscreen just works like a regular tablet. 3. The keyboards can light up with different colors, it improves my gaming experience. Unfortunately, besides the brightness and resolution, there is not much function that I can adjust of the screen (maybe rotation and maximize or minimize the screen size), I really hope there is an upgrade version in the future. ... show more

  • Not as advertised
This is just a keyboard with a screen. There is no resident operating system. The sale page indicates there is functionality to the keyboard itself. There is not.

  • MY NEW KEYBOARD
I was seeking a multifunction keyboard that doesn’t take many spaces from my small office desk. This typical keyboard caught my attention; it has a touchscreen on it! The packaging box came in a unique black and gold color. I'm delighted with the size of the keyboard. The brightness on the screen is adjustable; the quality of the keyboard screen is high-resolution, and the RGB led light of the keyboard is excellent. I’m able to use it even though I'm in a dim room. So far, everything is beyond my expectations. ... show more
