  • BEST GAME EVER!!!
Our whole family was here for the holidays - both boys and their gals - and we always do game night. One of our favorites is "Trivial Pursuits," because it's so competitive and one of my sons thinks he's the smartest guy in the room. So I ordered "Smart Ass" on a whim - and it KILLLED. We played the regular trivia game and then played this after - and this one was so much more FUN. Lots of interaction, smiles, laughter - most fun we've had with a board game EVER. And since it was only ten bucks, I ordered a copy for both my boys for Christmas. Get yours before they're gone! ... show more

  • Haven't had this much fun in ages
We played smart ass this past weekend, and loved every minute. First men vs women then old vs young, it was always fun and interesting to see what groups of people remember. We also purchased the 90s expansion set that was very fun.

  • Fun trivia game for the family
We do family game night with our family and occasionally go over to friends house. We love this game. It's easy to learn and setup. It's a basic trivia game but has some twists on the board. Best for older teens and adults. A lot of fun.

  • Great for groups and a lot of fun...
I purchased this to bring home for Christmas to play during our 'down time'. Usually 'down time' includes some wine and the adults (6 of us) gathering around the table chatting and playing cards or a game. A tradition has started and each year I bring home a game for us to play and this, I selected this game. 1. The premise of the game is pretty simple and you don't need to follow a ton of confusing instructions to play. Roll 1 die, if you correctly answer the question you roll another and move your pawn...pretty easy. First to go around the board (which has a few obstacles and bonuses) wins. Questions are posed to the entire group and all can answer, first to answer wins but if you answer incorrectly you are out for the round. Really easy. 2. We had fun!! My brother in law is an engineer and the rest of us are not...Usually trivia games turn into a bit of blow out and a gloat session for him. What made this game nice is that these questions are able to be answered by everyone, which is not to say that some aren't harder than others but they certainly leveled the field. This made it a lot of fun and a lot more interesting. 3. Great for a group. I mentioned that we had 6 players and that made the game even more fun. All in all this is a great game and perfect for a family or a social gathering. You will absolutely have a good time and like anything, it is what you make of it. ... show more

  • The best game for the entire family or college friends
This game is so freaking awesome 👏 It is challenging but fun and you can play with the family (young or old). You can play with friends at college or just about anywhere It is funny and interesting to see who knows “anything”. I got it for us and then send it to a friend and my two kids at college! They got it right away (fast shipping) and called me while they were playing it and I was so glad to hear all the 😂- love this game! It is definitely a must! ... show more

  • Great game
If you want to have fun with your friends and family, this is a great game to it

  • Teens got bored
We had 6 players and only 2 were actively engaged. The two teens had no idea what the answers were as questions do not apply to their generation for the most part. Concept is good. Family with adult children might be better.

  • Why is it so fun?
My family loves trivia games- really any type of competition- and this game is one of the funnest we have ever played. To try to keep this review brief, I'll limit it to the reasons I think this game is especially exciting: - All players are involved in the game at the same time- No waiting for the other team (or individuals if playing that way) to finish their turn. A player (you can switch reader each card) reads the card and all other players yell out answers. This really amps up the competition since it's direct competition instead of taking turns. - Can be played as individuals or teams- I believe the instructions are for individuals but it's pretty clear how to alter it for teams- just rotate reader between the teams, different player on the team each time. We play boys vs girls. - Board maneuvers are easy- Anyone roles the color to pick the subject. The reader reads, everyone else yells answers. First correct answer gets to roll the dice and move (for self if individuals, or for the team if teams). There are a couple of special board spots but the instructions for those are easy. The funniest is the "kickass" board spot where the team then has to move backwards as I've seen people keep hitting the same spot and getting stuck. - Question variety- Some of the questions are hard, but others are pretty easy. The easy ones are actually funner since it then becomes a speed game. This also allows for a variety of ages. Hope everyone else gets as much fun out of it as we do! ... show more
