The media could not be loaded. It’s is supposed to come with the reverse camera and a remote as advertised AND IT DIDNT!😡 that may say a lot about the company and quality. so I’ll hook it up and see but this is very upsetting and a big inconvenience, I am a very unhappy customer

    • No AM radio, difficult to navigate, slow as hell many issuses
I try to wait on reviewing products like this until I've had a chance to learn and use it. I've had this for a few months and while I've figured out ways to work with it, it is not very user friendly. 1) Can't figure out how to or if there is even a way to move icons around 2) Doesn't have really any options for installing more apps 3) Interface is slow in response, especially in downloading updates or NAV info 4) Backup camera feature stopped working after 2 days 5) It doesn't have AM radio 6) Saved radio stations don't work 7) Doesn't have a clock on most sub-menu screens 8) Doesn't have day/night brightness adjustment 9) Knowing how many limitations it has, I would definitely go a different vendor router when I replace this. ... show more

Backup camera circuitry failed after 3 months (not the camera). Difficult to change volume with awful interface. Very low watt output. No Warranty! No company information (address, name or phone number).

well for the price i thought i would get a better product. it has allmoat no way to mount it and the screen does not come off so very hard to get in and out of the dashboard the main screen was nice but. not whatvthey said and did not get a remote as said it would come with one. all in allnif i know what i know know about this product i would have never bought ... show more

The head unit is garbage. The touch screen did not work, the worst part is I spent $250 to have it installed only to find out that it doesn't work. Worst stereo I have ever bought.

It is not a universal fit. The weather is warmer and the screen shuts itself off. Do not waste your money.
