Description

The FAST™ FTC OMNI magnifier mount employs a simple force-to-overcome mechanism, stowing the magnifier below the optical sight plane and completely within the footprint of the weapon’s receiver when not in use. UNITY™ Tactical’s FTC (flip-to-center) technology eliminates the flip-to-side placement of legacy products so users receive all the benefits of magnification when required with no snag hazards or occlusion of sight pictures when stowed. The FAST™ FTC OMNI works with a variety of popular magnifiers from various manufacturers and comes standard with a FAST™ QD Lever.

This item is clearly a fake/replica false advertising for the amount of money is listed for. Do not buy thinking is the real thing. I compared it to an authentic mount and it was clearly not the same. Item didn’t come in its original unity tactical case, it only came in a plastic bag and cardboard box. The lettering and the logo is off. The real one is engraved/lasered in. This one is printed on only. The lock quick detach was scratched out of the box. The metal feels cheap also. It would have been a good buy if it was listed for maybe $50 but to claim it’s the real one and for over $200 is insane and simply misleading. DO NOT BUY ... show more

    • Don't buy unless you're using an EOTech magnifier, other may mount but don't line up correctly.
TLDR: Unless you're mounting an EOTech magnifier, don't waste your time, things aren't going to line up properly and you'll just end up irritated and frustrated, like I am now. Unity lists numerous magnifiers on their website this is compatible with. Included in this are the Holosun H3X, H3XT, and Sig Juliet 5 micro. So I got a Unity Riser, and stuck my EXPS3 on it, the mounted my holosun H3XT to this mount, and to my massive disappointment, they don't line up properly. Due to the design of the H3XT it pushes the magnifier a little lower than it needs to be placed, clipping out a third or so of the EOTech reticle window. Tried it with a Sig Juliet 5 micro, same thing. Further, when you push it down to the closed position, due to how the magnifier mounts, you're left with this mount still sticking up slight, obscuring part of your reticle. I suspect these would work perfectly if you paired it with an EOTech magnifier, and it's going to sit a bit higher on the mount due to its design, but I don't have one to try it with. The whole point of getting these risers was so I could not have my ear protection shoved up against the firearm while shooting, a more heads up style. Instead, I can't even use this. I'm just going to buy a second standard Unity riser a put the H3XT on that and keep the side fold. Cheaper, and will still give me 2.26" It gets 2 stars ONLY because it will work properly with EOTech. That's being generous too since they lead you to believe things will be fine using other brand magnifiers. This was a massive disappointment, and it's a 250 item that goes straight to the spare/extra parts bin. ... show more
