I got this because I have a bunch of frequently used screwdrivers and files on the back wall of my workbench that are currently on a mount that always lets the screwdrivers fall through or lean over too much due to their being long slots instead of individual holes. This rack works so much better because it has individual holes for each tool to go in (three rows of different sizes). Now my screwdrivers and files stand up straight in the hole instead of falling through or leaning all the way over leaving me hunting for the tool. Because the upper hole is spaced out a bit above the lower hole, your screwdriver ends up being supported at two points making it very stable and not "tippy" at all. I was surprised that it was actually made of a much heavier steel than I anticipated. It's got some heft to it and the weld points are well done. The folding points end up giving it a lot of gusseted support points that also add a lot of rigidity to the rack. Once I filled it up completely with tools I realized how important all of this is because it ends up being a fair amount of weight in tools that it's holding, and since it has three rows cantilevered out off the wall it's mounted to, a less well made rack would never hold up. But this one doesn't budge at all. I actually feel like I could hang off this thing and it would hold me. For me, how heavy duty this is and how much it holds with the three rows is a good thing. I have a solid wood wall it mounts to. If you're mounting to drywall, though, you may want something that holds less or is wider. This is because the mounting holes are 12" on center and standard wall stud spacing is 16" on center. Meaning you'll only be able to get a solid mounting point on one of the holes unless you first mount it to a board or other rack system. But for me it works great and is exactly what I wanted. Overall I appreciate not just the quality construction of the rack, but how well thought out the design is overall. This shelf feels extremely heavy-duty and is made of thick steel. Comes with mounting hardware that is equally has heavy duty, for drywall or wood, though I made my own for 3/4" obs. Fits a majority of my screwdrivers except any insulated drivers, and thicker drivers for nuts or similar. You could modify the holes, but the look of this as stock is great. This is a very stout screwdriver holder. It's made of sturdy material and there isn't a specific part that feels week or has wiggle. It's designed to be hung on a wall or a flat surface via screws, which are provided. There is a total of 32 holes with three different sizes to accommodate different size screwdrivers.
