Labor Day Bar-b-que was a total fail when my 4-Burner Char-Broil Classic BBQ was too rusty to run. It needed a Uniflasy Grill Parts Kit to fix it. I ended up ordering on Friday after the holiday. The kit comes with four burner tubes, three crossover tubes, four heat plates and three grate plates. The install is easy and the parts fit perfectly. It has a kit of small parts with cotter pins, washers, and Phillips screws. The instructions apply to several different models. At best, they're useful to remind you where the parts went. One word of caution: Save the brackets that hold the burner tubes. Also, save the parts for the ignition. The kit does NOT replace these. Just 20 Minutes after receving a Sunday Amazon Prime Delivery of the parts, it was ready for the test. I lit-up the grill and let it heat up to make sure everything runs fine. A half hour later, a Sunday lunch was ready for prime time. ... show more

I have the 463436215 model and the kit came with all parts including cotter pins. Instructions left a lot to be desired but everything fit (3 piece grill was about 1/2” narrower than original but don’t think my burgers will fall through, lol) and grill fired up like new. Don’t know how long it will last but figure i can replace it 4 or 5 times and still be as cheaper than buying a new one when rest of it was in good shape ... show more

Everything installed fine except for the igniter. I had to use a stainless clamp to hold it in place. the indents in the tube were too far apart to clamp the original ignitor. I used a 2" wide putty knife to scrape the grease out and put it into the box that the grates came in along with the old rusted out parts, taped it and threw it in the trash. Order yourself a new grease cup while your at it. Mine rusted through. ... show more
